Hunter Woodhall Wins Gold In Paris Paralympics After Wife Tara Davis-Woodhall’s Olympics Victory
Sprinter Hunter Woodhall is bringing home a gold medal from the 2024 Paris Paralympics just weeks after his wife Tara Davis-Woodhall won gold at the Olympics. On Friday, Sept. 6, Hunter ran in the men’s 400M race, crossing with a time of 46.36 for the win. He and wife Tara went viral after their emotional reaction to her win in the women’s long jump at the Paris Olympics in August. After the Paralympian’s victory, he raced over to his wife in the stands for a similarly emotional embrace. The medal is his fourth career paralympic medal and first gold. Watch the Paris Paralympics, continuing through September 8 on NBC and Peacock.
