It's only been seven months, but Lismore is now starting to feel like home to me
Making friends was difficult as my English wasn't great and people couldn't understand my accent. But that all changed when I was asked to be in the school play.
The stranger I came to live with was caring and kind, and luckily for me, she ended up adopting me
I wasn't sure if this was going to be my new home. I had already lived with a different family and had been in the foster care system from a few months old.

I want to represent Australia in athletics at the 2032 Paralympics
I feel at home when I'm doing athletics. Discus, shot put, javelin, long jump, running – I love it all. My walls are filled with medals but I still want to go much further.

When I learnt I had autism, I finally had closure

I've grown up in a dark age Viking village

I love helping out on the farm. I'm not afraid to just get in there
My family has been on this property for generations. I don’t know if I’ll always have the time to help as I get older, but I do know that I want to keep the farm in our family, always.

I love bringing people joy, that's why I do comedy
Before, I would find excuses not to get up on stage, now I'm finding excuses to get up. It's definitely an addiction!
I love rugby. The game, the people, the atmosphere. Everything
I think there should be more recognition for women's sports. Actually, not just recognition – but opportunities.

How I juggle reptiles, rugby, school and work
Jet was my pet dragon. Bearded dragon. I had to get 100 per cent on a reptile test before I could keep him. I love reptiles but it can be a juggle with school, sport and work.

I'm a bit of a hopeless romantic when it comes to reading
I like immersing myself in the character's lives – seeing their decisions and reactions, and what sacrifices they're willing to make for the ones they love.
