w00t!

This is a great album! And there's currently some sort of promotion going on.

Quote from the store:
"From now until December 31st, if you buy two or more copies of Calling All Dawns, each CD will cost only $10, and will be individually signed."

I just bought two copies, one for me and one for my mother as christmas present

Thanks for the head's up, LiquidAcid, in for two! Fantastic promotion for a beautifully composed and performed CD, especially considering it comes with a free MP3 download. I had it looping all day on my MP3 player, lol.

While I'm waiting for the physical copy to arrive, does anyone know if any of the song lyrics are included with the CD?

Yes, the booklet includes lyrics for all the songs and the English equivalent.

I think the language for that tracklist shouldn't be "English", rather something like "Multi"

Or just "Romanized." -- since it's Romanized equivalents for many languages that wouldn't have their titles written that way (Japanese, Chinese, Sanskrit, Hebrew, etc).

Also, for all you cunning linguists who enjoy studying religious texts and poetry turned to song, I've added full packaging scans.

the alphabet being used is the Roman alphabet. If it were true multi you'd think it'd use the native character set for each language, but it does not.

Just because you don't like the word doesn't change the definition of the word.

"Romanization" or "Latinziation" is the act of transcribing a non-Latin alphabet into the Latin (Roman) alphabet.

So what should I change the current tracklist language to? I was going to add an English tracklist using the translations from the booklet but it would look weird having two English tracklists.

You can add suffix like (Official), (Unofficial), (Literal), etc.

What I mean is that the main tracklist isn't English. It's 12 different languages: Swahili, Japanese, Mandarin, Portuguese, French, Latin, Irish, Polish, Hebrew, Farsi, Sanskrit, Maori.

As such, it doesn't really make sense to list it as English. I obviously can't include all the languages (because it would be way too long) so should something like "Multi" be used, like Phono suggested earlier in this thread?

I see. I'd go with Ramza's suggestion, unless some of the tracks are transcribed in their native forms.
