Power Up Your P.M.
Having a nighttime skincare regimen helps to maintain overall healthier-looking skin. During the day, your skin is exposed to environmental stressors that can harm its integrity. At night, when you're resting, your skin gets a chance to recover and repair itself–what we would call skin renewal. That's why nighttime is an ideal time to apply products in the Treat phase of your regimen for targeted solutions to support your skin.
Skincare Formulations that Work While You Sleep.
Retinoids have been shown to target multiple skin concerns and help counteract visible signs of aging, to help make skin firmer, smoothing out the look of wrinkles, and correcting uneven skin tone. Layer our latest (and strongest) retinoid offering Retinal 0.2% Emulsion, into your P.M. skincare regimen once or twice a week with other recommended products and see how this strong retinal for night supports skin renewal while you sleep.

Recommended Ingredients for Your PM Skincare.
Some ingredients may be more beneficial to work overnight to target various concerns and support the skin’s barrier:
- Retinoids: As mentioned, retinoids (across all forms) support the natural process, which peaks at night, to help improve the look of fine lines, uneven texture, and uneven tone.
- Direct Acids: As cell turnover is increased during the night, the natural shedding of dead skin can be supported through the use of exfoliating acids, for smoother, more radiant skin.
- Vitamin C: As a night treatment, it helps target the appearance of skin concerns associated with exposure to daily external stressors, such as fine lines, discolouration, and dullness.
Oils: Apply in the evening for additional hydration support when your skin needs it most
It’s important to note that we do not recommend combining or layering retinoids, direct acids, and direct/ethylated vitamin C together. If you wish to use more than one active ingredient listed above in your regimen, we recommend applying them on alternate evenings. This can help you achieve your skin goals, while ensuring that your skin barrier isn't compromised.
