ประมวลกฎหมายนโปเลียน (ฝรั่งเศส: Code Napoléon) มีชื่อทางการว่า ประมวลกฎหมายแพ่งของฝรั่งเศส (Code civil des Français) เป็นประมวลกฎหมายแพ่งของฝรั่งเศส ตราขึ้นในสมัยคณะกงสุลฝรั่งเศสเมื่อ ค.ศ. 1804 และยังคงมีผลใช้งาน ถึงแม้ว่าจะถูกแก้ไขมาหลายครั้งก็ตาม[1]

ประมวลกฎหมายนโปเลียนไม่ใช่ประมวลกฎหมายที่จัดทำขึ้นครั้งแรกในทวีปยุโรปในระบบกฎหมายแพ่ง โดยประมวลกฎหมายที่จัดทำขึ้นก่อนหน้านั้น ได้แก่ บาวาเรีย (ค.ศ. 1756) ปรัสเซีย (ค.ศ. 1764) และกาลิเซียตะวันตก (ค.ศ. 1797) อย่างไรก็ตาม เป็นประมวลกฎหมายสมัยใหม่ฉบับแรกที่มีขอบเขตทั่วทวีปยุโรป และมีอิทธิพลอย่างมากต่อกฎหมายของหลายประเทศซึ่งจัดทำขึ้นระหว่างและภายหลังสงครามนโปเลียน[2] ประมวลกฎหมายดังกล่าวยังส่งอิทธิพลไปยังประเทศที่กำลังพัฒนานอกยุโรป โดยเฉพาะในละตินอเมริกาและตะวันออกกลางที่พยายามทำให้ทันสมัยและแทนที่อำนาจศักดินาผ่านการปฏิรูปกฎหมาย[3]
