How to add & use accounts in the Google Play Store on your device

You can add a Google Account on your device to start downloading and buying items on the Google Play Store app. You can add multiple Google Accounts to your device by repeating the steps below.

How to add one or multiple Google Accounts to your device

  1. If you haven't already, set up a Google account.
  2. Open your device's Settings app.
  3. Tap Accounts and then Add account and then Google.
  4. Follow the instructions to add your account.
  5. If needed, repeat steps to add multiple accounts.

  1. Open a Google Play app.
  2. At the top right, tap your profile picture or initial.
  3. Tap the Down arrow Down arrow.
  4. Select an account.

  2. In the top right, choose your profile icon.
  3. Choose Switch account.
  4. Select a different account.
    • If you can't find another account, tap Use another account.
