Qualtrics cloud application

You must be signed in as a super administrator for this task.

Using Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), your users can use their Google Cloud credentials to sign in to enterprise-cloud applications.

Set up SSO via SAML for Qualtrics

Here's how to set up single sign-on (SSO) via SAML for the Qualtrics application.

Step 1: Get Google identity provider (IdP) information

Sign in using an account with super administrator privileges (does not end in @gmail.com).

  2. In the Admin console, go to Menu and then Securityand thenAuthenticationand thenSSO with SAML applications.
  3. In the Set up single sign-on (SSO) section:
    • Copy and save the SSO URL and Entity ID.

In the next step, you send this information to Qualtrics via email. After they respond, you return to the Admin console in Step 3 below to configure SSO for Qualtrics.

Step 2: Send IdP information to Qualtrics

Send an email to Qualtrics Support ([email protected]) asking them to enable SSO for your organization.

  1. Include the following identity provider (IdP) information copied in Step 1:

    • Entity ID
    • Attach the certificate file downloaded in Step 1 to the email.
  2. Ask Qualtrics to provide you with your Qualtrics 'Organization ID' and 'datacenter' values. You need these to finish configuring SSO in the Admin console in Step 3 below.
