Cancel Gemini for Google Workspace

To stop using Gemini for Google Workspace at your organization, cancel your subscription. 

• If you’re billed on a monthly Flex Plan, canceling your subscription immediately stops further billing for Gemini for Google Workspace.
• If you're on the Annual/Fixed-Term Plan and cancel your subscription before the contract is over, you’re still responsible for the full value of the commitment. We’ll charge your account an amount equal to the remaining balance.

Canceling your subscription terminates all of your Gemini for Google Workspace licenses. You can cancel Gemini for Google Workspace and keep your other subscriptions active, such as Google Workspace. 

Cancel a subscription

1. Sign in to your Google Admin console.

   Sign in using an account with super administrator privileges (does not end in @gmail.com).

2. In the Admin console, go to Menu  BillingSubscriptions.
3. Click Gemini for Google Workspace
4. Click Cancel Subscription.

   Read about charges after you cancel.

5. Choose a reason for leaving and then click Continue.

6. Review the cancellation details and if you agree, check the confirmation box.

7. At the bottom, enter your administrator email address and click Cancel My Subscription.
