Alanis Morissette
Alanis Nadine Morissette (1 qershor 1974 në Ontario, Kanadë) është një këngëtare, kompozitore, producente muzike dhe aktore e rastit. Ajo është kanado-amerikane pasi që posedon të dy shtetësitë.
Albumi i saj debutues internacional Jagged Little Pill (1995) u shit 30 milion herë dhe me këtë është në vendin e 3-të të albumeve më të shitura të të gjitha kohërave pas albumit Thriller të Michael Jackson -it dhe Back in Black të AC/DC.
Këtij albumi i pasuan një numër i albumeve komercialisht më pak të suksesshme si Supposed Former Infatuation Junkie (1998), Under Rug Swept (2002) dhe So-Called Chaos (2004).
Muzika e saj u takon zhanreve alternativ-rok, pop–rok dhe dance-pop.
