How do I contact Sprout Social support?
If you are a current customer, we have a variety of support resources available from our dashboard. Simply log in, click on the question mark (?) on the right-hand side of your Sprout dashboard for the Resource Center. Then click Support > Contact Us > Live Chat in the resulting pop-up window to chat with a member of our team. You can also Tweet us. If you have questions in regards to how your brand can use Sprout, request a demo here. For general inquiries, you can email us via this form.
How do I cancel my Sprout account?
To cancel your account, navigate to the settings menu (gear icon) in the top right corner of your screen. Choose Settings in the drop-down menu, then Billing & Plan from the menu on the left-hand side. Click Deactivate my Account and follow the prompts. If you run into any issues or have any questions about your account, please email our support team.
Is there a Sprout Social Google Chrome extension?

Does Sprout have an API?
Sprout Social does not have a public API at this time, but if you would like to learn more about API access as an add-on to your Sprout Social subscription, please email our support team for more information.
