Heather Carol Hallett, Baroness Hallett DBE PC (born 16 December 1949) is a former English judge in the Court of Appeal and a life peer. She was the fifth woman that got onto the Court of Appeal.
She was made a life peer in the 2019 Prime Minister's Resignation Honours. This made her name Baroness Hallett.
