British food or British cuisine is the traditional food and drink popular with the people of the United Kingdom. Some of the most popular dishes include fish and chips, Yorkshire pudding, sausage roll, among others. [1] There are many differences between the traditional food and drink in Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and in the numerous regions of England. There are also many differences in the food and drink found in different classes of society.
