Rizvan Rashitovich Utsiyev (Russian: Ризван Рашитович Уциев; born 7 February 1988) is a Russian professional association football player of Chechen descent. He is currently the captain of Akhmat Grozny.

He was called up by the Russia national football B team on 19 August 2011 for a match against the Belarusian Olympic team.[2]
