When it comes to weddings, a seating chart is more than just a list with names on it. It's an opportunity for you to create a warm & inviting atmosphere for your guests as soon as they walk in the door. A beautiful seating chart will make them feel welcomed & help them find their seat quickly & easily. Our guest lists / seating charts can be either made from two types of materials for you to choose from. You can choose from our premium laser cut vinyl or static cling. OPTION 1: Laser Cut Vinyl Material Description: This option means, each individual letter will be laser cut with no background & pre-aligned via transfer tape. The lettering & any artwork will look like it was painted on the surface you are applying to. This job for our team takes several hours to process. Each letter & design is weeded individually to perfection by our staff. Easy step-by-step instructions & squeegee tool for application will be included with the order. The laser cut technology is ideal for those seeking a clean & crisp look. With no background to distract from the finished look, your guests will be impressed by the professional appearance of their personalized seating assignments. The decal will be made out of removable vinyl, which will require a little bit of the time to remove it off the surface. With this process, you need to take your time applying & try & work one section at a time. Patience is key. We recommend a pair of extra hands to make sure the guest list does not stick to itself. Fold the backing 4" Inches or so (whatever you are comfortable with). Crease the 4" inch backing, align the decal to the surface & and begin to apply. Use the included squeegee tool to push any bubble out, then pull down the backing another 4" inches & squeegee again. Repeat this until the end of your decal. Never pull the entire backing off your guest list. Because if a little wind sneaks in or by accident you stick the adhesive sides together, then guest list will be ruined. Take your time by working one section at a time. Again, if your seating list is large, having 1 or 2 extra people to help you by grabbing from each end & making sure nothing sticks together would be extremely helpful. PLEASE NOTE: This type of vinyl is suitable for all types of hard & smooth surfaces. It will work perfect on smooth walls, wood & even chalkboard. For very textured surfaces contact us prior placing an order so that we can make sure the adhesive on your vinyl order is strong enough. OPTION 2: Static Cling Material Description: This is by far the easiest way to install your guest list. Also, a great cost-effective alternative to our alternative laser cut option. This
