How often do you update your materials?

We continuously update all of our material based on updates and changes to the exams and based on feedback from students and outlines and guidance from regulators.

Can I access the exam prep software from more than one computer?

Yes, you may access your online exam prep software from any computer, phone or tablet with an internet connection.

Does the software expire?

You have 6 months from the date of purchase to use the online version of the software.

I am trying to access my exam prep software but cannot find my login information. Where do I find that?

If you purchased the software over our website your login information was sent to your email address on your order. Please check your email account and any junk email folders you may have for your login instructions.

I am getting an error message when I am trying to login to the software, What do I do?

Please note your login information is case sensitive. If you have purchased the software more than 6 months ago your access has expired.

I just placed an order and I did not receive my software, what should I do?

The software was sent instantly to you when your order was placed. Depending on the level of protection you have on your computer, your computer may have sent the unrecognized email to a Spam folder. Please check your Spam folder.

I need some technical support how can I contact you?

We are located in New York City and provide technical support from 9AM to 5PM EST. Our sales support team does monitor email after hours and will try to respond to your email questions sent to [email protected].

Is the exam preparation software MAC compatible?

Our online exam preparation software may be used on any MAC, iPad, iPhone or PC based computer.

What is The Return Policy?

Due to the nature of our software and video training products, once accessed there are no refunds on software or video products. Students who wish to return textbooks may do so under the following conditions:

 

  • You must contact our office and advise us of your intention to return the textbook within 7 days of purchase.
  • Materials must be returned in brand new undamaged and unmarked condition.
  • Any marks or damage will result in the denial of any refund for the textbook.
  • Since we pay to ship the textbooks to you, all textbooks returned will be subject to a shipping and handling and restocking fee. The fee is $40 for each book returned
  • If you purchased a textbook as part of a complete study solution or textbook and test bank package, and you have accessed the online videos or test bank , the price of the online materials be deducted from any potential refund.

 

There are no refunds for tutoring sessions provided. Canceling or rescheduling of tutoring sessions requires 72 business hours prior notice. Sessions canceled with less than 72 business hours notice will result in the student being charged for those sessions.
