Out of interest does the BRF have any amethyst tiara/parure pieces?
Purple is such a wonderful jewel colour. I shall never forgive the SRF for allowing St Hoefia to wear the amethyst tiara  Cry

It doesn�t seem so - the Queen does have a lovely parure of amethysts, but she doesn�t wear it often. It�s suggested she doesn�t particularly like the stone (more�s the pity).
