Zentao is the best project planning and organising tool

What are the best aspects of this product?

My overall experience is excellent, it is the best project management software ever. I have used a few others in the past, but there is none that can compete with zentao.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is a bit complex by providing such flexible functionalities. But it is worth the time and learning curve.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

. As a developer, I don't have to pay the bill. The price of unlimited number version is slightly higher
