What are the best aspects of this product?

On top of giving you the protection that you need for browsing online, this also lets you be virtually anywhere in the world. What does this mean? This means that you can access any site/show/discount that is, otherwise, not available in your country. In my book, ZenMate is pretty awesome because it allows me to bypass geographical restrictions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

One of the issues of constantly changing IP addresses is that Gmail flags my activities as suspicious. The 2-factor authentication is then launched and it becomes impossible for me to retrieve my OTP. Language is another issue with changing IP addresses too. It automatically gets translated into the local language of your supposed IP address. Needless to say, this can cause quite a headache.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This lets me access offers and special discounts available to other countries, but not in mine. I can pretend to be from a particular location and reap the benefits that are exclusive to locals.
