PROS: I like that its interface is similar to Facebook, I can easily share the idea and get feedback from my team who is spread across the different departments of the company. With Yammer I can connect four different locations and colleagues at the other branches. It saves more time instead of creating meeting, people are able to express their opinion and give feedback.
CONS: Some people don’t use the tool on a regular basis but some of them engage into the conversation.
The least favorable review
PROS: Maybe because it looks like Facebook we already know how to use it and how intuitive the tool is. We can easily post and share something we want others to know about, and to interact with others in familiar way. By using “praise” we are able to recognize peers accomplishments.
CONS: I don’t like that we cannot post long praises and this means that we cannot express ourselves. The post looks so monotonous.

PROS: Yammer is a great way to break the ice among employees and create a better community where bonds thrive. It helps us be in the know of other people's successes and give us the chance to congratulate them. It helps us gain new friends from whom we can learn from or to whom we can impart our learnings so far in the company. Overall, it encourages us employees to have fun and socialize.
CONS: I hope I can adjust Yammer's notification settings so I wouldn't be pinged every time someone comments or reacts to my post.

PROS: Great for individual and group use. I like how it consolidates all messages, images, videos and whatever content anyone from the team has published in all conversation threads. This is helpful whenever the group would like to look back on certain important discussions which prove useful at the moment. In addition, it allows you to bookmark a list of sites and make it accessible with whatever browser you use. We can also give sub-groups pictures that serve as their logos to avoid confusion among which group is which.
CONS: Listing order functionalities are redundant and limited for customization. The search does not cover texts within documents. The integration with other apps like Microsoft is limited. Moreover, social media features are too trying hard and unnecessary. I suggest it narrows its focus on improving essential functions.

PROS: My favorite about Yammer is it gives a large room for customization which helps us streamline processes such as internal communications across all local branches. This ease in communication has allowed us to make coordinated decisions in a faster way.
CONS: Many consider this as just another social media platform but our company understands its benefits beyond this wider perception. I think Yammer must address this and eradicate the confusion through more decisive marketing campaigns.

PROS: I like that it looks like Facebook, the interface is intuitive and easy to use. I like that I have the ability to share documents and information and to post documents on the interface by using hashtags so others can easily find the information, posts and documents. We can easily organize the whole work by working together. We can create new groups with different team members so we can find new ways to work with each other.
CONS: First of all, it is not well integrated with other software. Secondly, they need to improve the message feature and to improve the mobile version. Once you learn how to use it you will see how intuitive this software is.

PROS: Yammer has become a fundamental tool for staff within the company to socialize and build connections. Strengthening teamwork is vital for any company to grow. It's somewhat the Facebook in the corporate world. We are updated on good news about the company which boosts our morale. And we can all pose questions, get answers and organize surveys and polls whenever we need and even when at home.
CONS: Only a few people in our company appreciate Yammer but I hope it grows more popular in the months ahead.

PROS: The features are very helpful and useful, the layout is simple and easy to use. We are able to perform our basic functions and to meet our clients’ needs. We are able to share files across the company and to interact with each other. We don’t have to use emails in order to share important documents. Whenever we start with new projects we can easily share ideas and files and to keep the updates for the projects.
CONS: It would be great if they could improve the mobile app.

PROS: Yammar is user friendly platform that allows you to easily set up various groups and channels so you can interact with your team. The communication is easier for our company because we hold multiple departments that work on various purposes. The information is easily accessible and everyone can find what it looks for. By using this solution we avoid the loss of documents and information and we are able to centralize all the information in one place.

PROS: Yammer is similar to Facebook, and it allows us to share and send reminders, announce updates and to collaborate on group projects. We are able to easily share the information with our team members. I like that everything is accessible to everyone and there is no problem with physical distance whether our members are from US or Europe. We can share and give feedback to ideas and work on our new projects. This tool makes us feel that we are all in one place and together.
CONS: What I don’t like about Yammer is the fact that we need to institute a company policy when it comes to the usage of the system, because the employees need to know how to behave within the system because they are not on their Facebook profile.

PROS: I like that it connects us and we are able to rely on the information. As multi-country company we are able to interact with each other on same platform. It is extremely easy to use and it offers constant email updates. I can easily navigate the information or everything with the system. I like that we can create multiple groups from one group and to customize them.
CONS: I don’t have dislikes about this system, we just started using it and need to get used to the system and how it really works. It is strange for us to know that we have this kind of connectivity and interaction with each other.

PROS: Yammer is very easy to work with and to set it up. We use this software since 2012 and the learning curve is easy and straightforward. You can start using the tool with hours. I like that we have free account for our purposes.
CONS: As I said before, this is great tool but when it comes to sharing content it can be confusing when all the conversations are posted as “All Company”, but I believe this more our organizational issue than Yammer’s. Also, it can be a challenge to migrate from free account to office 365 enterprise account.
