It’s fair and Square for the small business I’m running.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how convenient this tool can be! Square lets me take in any payment whenever I'm in the field. This is essential to the small business I'm running. I'm a photographer and clients pay right on the spot. I'm not dealing with monthly fees ---- a deal breaker for folks like me.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't like the fact that I have to key in my credit card numbers the manual way. This is worse as oppposed to just swiping the card since credit cards won't be read right when the wrong numbers are entered.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Prior to using Square, my business can do nothing but accept checks and cash. This was problematic since a majority of customers prefer paying via debit card as opposed to forking over cash. I don't own a storefront, so I'm constantly doing things in the field.
