What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the features they are offering. When I used Salesmate, I found a drastic change in my salespeople. It was easy to use, organized and joyful experience. My employee love to use it. They support is extraordinary.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I didn't find any. Whenever I found any issues, I just called them and asked them. They are quick enough to resolve any problem.
