What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that I can close a period off and then be alerted if any data is added outside of that period. I enjoy the reconciliation features and the customer services team is exceptional.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The pricing structure could seem expensive to some. But for us the benefits far outweigh and makes it a justified cost.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
CRM tools (Which I believe are the pipeline)
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We are a firm of accountants and predominantly use Sage for all our needs.
