PROS: ProProfs has a lot of great features that make it an awesome platform for providing online training to employees. This platform provides us with a real-time progress and performance track record of the training participants.
CONS: The trial period should be made longer for the customers to be able to fully access if the platform fits their needs. I think at least one month of the trial period is necessary.

PROS: ProProfs is the best platform for educators. It has given me a trouble-free experience while teaching. With it, I can give quizzes, create flashcards, see my students’ works and progress, and grade accordingly.
CONS: I very seldom encounter technical problems while using Proprofs and when I do they are often minor ones that are also easily solved.

PROS: We used ProProfs to administer an online recorded training examination. The whole process has been smooth and every single entry was automated.
CONS: For some time, we had trouble figuring out how to incorporate pictures and videos into the training assessment. However, this is a minor issue and we were able to resolve it after a while.
