What are the best aspects of this product?

Ultimately, Marketo helped us cherry-pick the most potential leads and focus our efforts on them to achieve putting most of them onboard our expanding network of clients.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Customer support service can respond more promptly than it currently does. It weighs down on operations when we have an issue hanging to be resolved.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Marketo helped improve the company's marketing strategy in a multitude of ways. Creating landing pages, social marketing, and e-blasting has never been easier. If it could improve on the quality of its customer support service, I'd give it five stars.
