PROS: This is a very easy to set up and use platform for messaging, and it has sweet price deals for new users. It also features outstanding analytics and reports that help us process data efficiently, such as determining the trend of how people receive our emails. The data processed by Mailgun’s analytics is protected by dependable security, and is presented in an easy to comprehend layout. This makes emails and campaigns very easy to monitor through the tool, especially that it also handles complete documentation of sent emails through an integration.

CONS: I have no complain with the Mailgun platform. It is efficient in satisfying all my needs to do my work well.

Points such as preference for emails, or emails having low quality contents can make a recipient set an email address as spam. Noticeably, these are all not under the Mailgun’s control.

PROS: Mailgun features an API infrastructure with seamless integration to different platforms that we use, especially that it employs Laravel software development kit for better combination. It is efficient in recording bounce, delivery and interaction data as well; meaning, we can smoothly gauge the efficiency of our email marketing campaigns. Moreover, it sports a contact verification system to prevent bounce-back emails, as well as a dependable and reputable delivery tool that dodges spam detectors. These are all helping us in boosting our email communication lines, and in optimizing different aspects of our email marketing campaigns.

We also love how the user support service helps in stellar and quick ways. No wonder why we have chosen to stick on Mailgun for many years now.

CONS: We are having some troubles in figuring out possible cause of emails failing to be sent. It could be a problem with the spam filter on the receiving end, or if it is a problem we have unintentionally caused. Thankfully, the support team is always helping us solve such concerns in no time.

CONS: Our IP address that I used with Mailgun was tagged as spam. However, this is because some staff have incorrectly used the tool. We have solved such problem after a thorough check with the platform, and we didn’t need to be very technical with the process.

CONS: Initially, I’ve found it difficult to use the new UI design of Mailgun. However, it becomes easier and smoother once I’ve grasped things up.
