What are the best aspects of this product?
I've done esting a bunch of cloud-based LMS products before settling with Litmos. For me, the tool was the easiest to navigate around in. Even admins and trainees won't have a difficult time dealing with this program. Its appearance and feel is very professional.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
So far, its reporting is the weakest element. While the tool does its job in capturing the needed information, extracting the information into one simple report form can be challenging: it's slow, isn't as intuitive, and certain aspects it can't be reported.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We're using Litmos to offer a seamless access point for our clients located in different parts of the globe. With the tool, they can readily access our training programs. Litmos is one medium for us to provide training. At the same time, it lets us monitor who's accessing the training module.
