What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the integration with Internet Explorer, it is smooth and without glitch. It works perfectly with other systemts and app tool. It offers smooth collaboration across systems and apps. It is for internal collaboration and this means that security system is really good.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is extremely complicated when it comes to resetting password, it has lot of steps to follow in order to get to the right screen. The tool is not simple nor intuitive one. I’m not sure whether this program works only with Internet Explorer because some apps work better on Google.

Employees can easily browse various internal sites, we can easily search for information by using key into key words.
