PROS: The main thing which mesmerised me is the value given against money and the user-friendly interface. It is quite useful and easy to integrate.

CONS: Well till now every aspect is fine and such easy to understand. The contact forms are very easy to make and edit if needed. the thing I love about FunnelCRM is that you don't need to make a new form if you made some mistake in the first one.

PROS: Funnel CRM software offers lots of functionality at a value for money. While the customization options aren't as extensive as those of some other CRMs I have used, there are a lot of ways that Funnel meet my needs. On top of that, everything within the Funnel CRM is built to work together, there isn't a need for tech knowledge to use it.

CONS: Funnel is a massive company with big teams in 2 countries, and when you need to get in touch with a live person, you feel the size. It's not unusual to be speaking to live system before speaking to a live person. On the upside, once you get through, everyone is quick to assist, friendly and diligent about quick follow-ups. While customer service is certainly a concern, for the value for money point and built-in functionality, Funnel is a very well recommended.

PROS: 1. I can send a winning business proposal in a matter of seconds. 2. Thanks to automation I'm doing more sales and less data entry. 3. All my interactions with clients & prospects (whether in Gmail or Funnel CRM) are automatically tracked and displayed within the CRM. 4. My work-related messages/leads doesn't get mixed up with other emails as Funnel CRM automatically labels them with the stage of the sales process they are in (new, negotiation, won or lost). 5. Last but not least, I've successfully improved my rate of lead capture by building and integrating a web contact form into my website with Funnel CRM without any technical knowledge.

CONS: I think the only thing that is missing from this excellent tool is scheduling.

PROS: It lets you create and embed web contact forms (without any technical knowledge) so you can easily capture leads. The program automatically create web form submissions into deals and place them in your sales funnel rather in your messy inbox. It allows you to put together and send well-formatted business proposals. Funnel CRM lets you maintain your customer database by reducing the manual work. The Gmail integration allows you to communicate with customers from your smartphone without logging into Funnel CRM
