Great communication tool

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love this communication tool. It can configure external apps and integrate with the apps in Flock App store. I can also receive notifications from the app.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It has some limitations, but other than that I don't really dislike anything about it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use this tool to communicate internally.
