EngageBay Review

PROS: I would say that this is one of the newer systems I find yet it is one of the most complete systems If I can get half the features working then I will be totally happy. I also notice the great progress in the system for such a short time. Really outstanding, I hope the price would stay as affordable in the future. I can say it stands out among the systems that came out along with it.

CONS: I can see some function cease to work properly from time to time. I think it is happening when they upgrade the system. anyway, it is fixed fast but so far that is the only bad thing I do not like.

PROS: I was really just testing this system since it has all the features I need to run my small business but I am not really expecting that it can work well. Apparently the performance and the functions seamlessly work based on the setup I created and was able to run a system like the one I am running using my more expensive platform.

CONS: It still lacks come features that I might need in the future. Like a place to put my products. some features are also not completely working. It just so happen I do not need some of those non functioning parts.

PROS: It has a lot of features. Almost all of the features work as I expect it to. When you visit their site it says it is a complete platform and honestly, you will only need 3 to 4 more features and you can really say it is a complete platform where you can do your business.

CONS: Not all of the features work as I expect it to. I think it is just fair that I will give them a chance to improve the product since they are fairly new compared to others.

PROS: The system provided me with the means to serve my customers in a professional way using various channels. I can make and receive calls, send SMS, send an email, and even live chat. I can track the progress of issues in the ticketing system. My customers are amazed at how I can provide my services at a seeming enterprise level.

CONS: There are still features that I commonly use like manually adding a tag that is not as smooth and a bit jumpy. Anyway, it works as needed so I am still a happy camper. I am just stating it since I see that as a room for improvement.

PROS: I am really amazed on how fast the tool had evolved in the past few months. I first saw it during black Friday 2018. It was an OK tool but does not do much. So I signed up on a free account but did not bother much. I had a chance to look at it again around March of 2019 and it is amazing how much it changed. I started using it as a free user and the options keeps growing by the week. I finally decided to pay for it since I can do all my work on it already at a really low cost per month. So I like the fact that it is a complete tool and it is really affordable.

CONS: I am a tech so I use a lot of features. I notice that features comes out faster than documentations relating to it. Anyway, I totally understand since change happens so fast. Anyhow, it will be better to have more support documents.

PROS: I really thought it is not possible to find a system with all the features I need that is inexpensive. I and my partners are already thinking of just spending more than what we budgeted since all the other alternatives prove incomplete or just won't work for us. Finding EngageBay allowed us to stick with the original budget without sacrificing efficiency.

CONS: I notice that there are minor trouble with the system each time something gets improved. It will be nicer for them to make it more stable or at least create a staging environment first and testing everything before putting it on the live platform. Anyway, they immediately fix whatever issues I report.

PROS: The system allows me to do my work in one place. I used to work in a corporation and it feels very professional to do my job using a system holding my contacts, tracking them and actually engaging them. EngageBay allows me to do that. It really feels great doing my personal business with such a level of ease and professional touch. I have my contacts saved. I can monitor my leads behavior, I can email them, give them a call, send them a message. It is great to have an enterprise feel while doing my small business.

CONS: The system is easy to use and when you figure out something it seems that you can figure out other things too. But, when I search for support content it seems that it is very limited. sometimes the feature is new and it does not have one.

PROS: This is my personal opinion on the matter and I am not sure how others will find this. for me, the system is easy to use and I do not have to enter codes or do out of the ordinary step when I use this. more often than not if I want to find how it works I can normally find it by clicking around. Most amazingly, what I setup works as I imagine it. I am not very tech savvy, so I guess I am just happy to find a system I am able to figure out without asking support all the time.

CONS: Some part of the landing page builder is not so complete. Like when you select the color of the text it does not provide an option for custom color. I guess it is because the system is still new compared to most systems.

PROS: Are use EngageBay for most things that include a sales pipeline, CRM, Appointment scheduling, and task management. It is amazing that one app can truly do as much as this application can do. What puts this application above many others has is the customer support they receive from the developers. First off they’re always releasing new features. These features are almost always stable. Second, the features really enhance the product themselves… They don’t just become loaded features that aren’t related like some other apps do. I’m excited to see you with this application can go, since it’s newer than most.

CONS: The thing I like the least, is waiting for all of the new updates. Though, they’re so quick to release them that’s mostly my own issue.

PROS: I am always on the move and ideas often pop-up in most unlikely of places. I really like the fact that this tool is so lite that I can easily use it even when I have very basic or even slow Internet speed. I even use my landing pages not merely to promote my blog but sometimes to contain my blog since it is responsive and good enough. Sometimes I cannot access my WordPress admin page so I use this as an alternative to publishing some of my content then just put it on the main site when I have a more stable connection. This system really helped me out to get my ideas out the soonest. I even have my Twitter, Facebook and Instagram set on EngageBay.

CONS: I would not say problematic. But I think it will be very nice if there is a mobile app for this. It can further help me with my content management and creation.

PROS: I have a small business that needs a couple of tools to work smoothly. I do not really need a very complicated set up. But, I need a system with couple of function. Like email marketing system, automation, landing page builder. It is pretty much the basic. In most cases the features do not exist in one system or it is too expensive for me to buy it. I am just glad EngageBay got what I need in one place.

CONS: I think some parts of it is not really working well. I am not sure if I am not doing it right but I cannot get the push notification to work.

PROS: I am a guy that simply wants to run my business with the use of technology but does not like to get a headache with it. I am an old guy that likes technology and knows I need to make use of it to be efficient. I have been using this tech and normally encounters a problem which causes me to hate the system I use because of the things I find gibberish. With EngageBay, it seems I simply need to learn a few things like how to log in and where to click to find stuff. I like the fact that it is affordable and I can do my business with ease using just one system.

CONS: There are still some native integrations that they don't have. Like LinkedIn sync and the social suite does not have LinkedIn too. Anyway, they said they developing it so I hope it will be there soon.

PROS: I am an old lady that is running a small business even before the computer became mainstream. I do not operate the system myself. But, it is important for me to understand the information it is providing. It was really difficult for anyone to let me start using any tech. However, I can see how thinsg are being done now and I want my legacy to somehow live on even in the modern era. We use simple posting, sharing, basic email before. However, my daughter told me the business got so much potential and it is great to make use of the vintage touch and put it mainstream. They showed me other tools but they are so complicated. They showed me EngageBay - I do not know how to directly use some of the function. but, I understand the dashboard and I like looking at a data I can read. I am really thankful that they made this Digital tool easy to understand even with someone like me who lived through the analog times.

CONS: I do not know. I don't understand much of the tech. I do not really know what they need to improve on. However, my daughter said this could be nice if we can directly make ads for Facebook and google. I do not know what she meant exactly, but anything to help her better operate the system will make it better.

PROS: I sign up for a free account here a month or 2 back(I am not really sure). When I log back in 2 weeks ago, I am really amazed how much it changed. I am noticing that it is getting more advanced. I did not take this into consideration before because the features did not cover my needs. But in a a very short time it can actually serve its purpose for my business. I tested it and the main things I use actually works.

CONS: The forms are still very basic. But I would say it can already work for me. But, I think it should be better if we can customize it as much as it can work with the theme I have in my site. at this point it cannot do that fully. Maybe the ability to edit it using HTML and CSS.

PROS: It has all the feature I need to do the campaign I designed. It has email automation, Landing pages that I can customize on a code level. It has Inline and pop-up forms. I can manage my social media and so many more. What I like above all is the fact that I can talk to the team if there are certain features that can be added in the system. As long as it is feasible, they welcome it.

CONS: There are certain features that cease to work from time to time. It doesn't impact much of my campaign but it will be good to keep the tool working. In fairness to the EngageBay team, they fix things fast. But, I really prefer to encounter less problem or none at all

PROS: I have been working on many projects that involve Digital marketing. The tool got all the essentials and have some added features that really proves useful. I am new to working on the tool but I didn\'t really have trouble finding my ways and creating automated ecosystem I want to build.

CONS: The templates for both email and landing pages are in need improvement. The email system on the sales side is good but it lacks a lot of details.

PROS: I really like the idea that Digital Marketing, sales and service feature is combined into one platform and even powered by automation. The system enabled you to create a full cycle automation that can cover Marketing, Sales and Service and connect each one.

CONS: I am not really sure what I do not like I think more native integrations are needed. More support documentations are also needed

PROS: The fact that email marketing and landing pages are all in one place. It makes it super faster and easy to create a marketing system for any business.

CONS: I think this software is pretty amazing and just looking forward to more integrations with other software and more templates... but it's still awesome in its current state.

PROS: I like how fast the product is improving. It has great promise. I really regret not getting the LTD. it does not look so great back then. After seeing how much it improves and how much feature it has now I think paying for it on a monthly basis would be a good deal. I can do everything I need on this platform. From attracting, capturing, nurturing through engagement, converting and even supporting leads.

CONS: There are certain features that are useful but lacks function. Like appointments. You can choose time range within the day but you cannot put gaps in the time range. In short, you cannot schedule breaks. I think they will still be improving the function of each system.

PROS: It is a complete tool. It has a lot of marketing features from email, SMS, push notification, Social media, landing pages and a lot more. It has sales where I can do my appointments, track deals and more. It even has its own ticketing system. All these for a very affordable price.

CONS: I still encounter bugs and some basic technical issue each time an update is applied. They fix it fast but I think it is better to make a solution to prevent it than fix it each time.

PROS: Small software packed with Unparalleled Performance! I am doubtful at first when I saw the product. It has so many features, but it is inexpensive. I was just introduced to it. I am really amazed when it works. It is something I can use and even more.

CONS: I hate it when it's making me now a Couch Potato! Everything is seamless! With easy click buttons and a user-friendly interface. I am not sure if that's a bad thing though. Maybe more tutorials on the existing features. There is still a lot that I need to explore. It pretty much covers everything I need for now. However, learning more about the system entails greater horizons.

PROS: A platform that has all the features I need in one place and it is really easy to use despite me being new to this kind of tool.

CONS: I am not really sure because I am new to this. I guess having more support articles and videos to help me even more.

PROS: It is a unified piece of software with great sophistication. Yet, it is easy to use and very affordable too.

CONS: The system is fairly new and there are some essentials that are not there yet. But, the team is so accommodating and says they will get my suggestions setup.

PROS: It is affordable, simple to use, time saving and i got what i need in this software.

CONS: Nothing. It's given me productivity and progress.

PROS: The product is already great as it is and it is showing great potential Not to mention the upgrades that are happening almost every week in the past few months. I am glad I purchased it way back and it is even better now than what I purchased before

CONS: There are still a few bugs I guess. But, the system changes fast. I see some parts that need improvement.

PROS: It's user friendly and ever since I started using it, it lightened my workload. Amazing!

CONS: The e-mail under sales is fast, but it seems that many options are missing

PROS: I love a lot of things about it. I like how we can customize almost everything to suit your needs.

CONS: I think it's a good tool. but templates need to be redesigned and updated. they seem too generic.

PROS: The product is indeed a unified tool. It has so many features, some features that I normally can find on high end expensive tools yet. It is here and I can say this is a very affordable alternative. Alternative got a negative connotation so I can't even say that. This system is my choice. Really good as it is and has great potential.

CONS: The landing page builder does not have that much of template option and it appears that the style is repeating. anyway, if you are creative enough or has dev skills the landing page system here allows you a lot of ways to modify . But for basic users it seems limited for now.

PROS: The tool is able to provide what I need in my campaigns. I am able to do email marketing, Engage my customers in social media like Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. Do automation, create landing pages, create email templates, manage my contacts properly and many more.

CONS: I encounter technical issues from time to time. Not very frequently but I notice it happen each time something new is implemented. I think preventive measures in affecting my system should be implemented to avoid cases like this.

PROS: So far the functions available are all a must for a marketer... Contacts, Forms, Landing Pages and Email Campaigns/Automation => all you need to gowth hack any business. The landing page creator is what I like most - all is just drag and drop and no technical knowledge required.

CONS: There was one instance that my account was suddenly downgraded to a free plan... But the support team was fast enough to upgrade my account back in just a few minutes. So far I do not see any red flags.

PROS: The UI/UX provide a seamless experience. And even though I was lazy to read the tutorials at times, chat support is there for me, always helpful and instant. Props to Andy Roberts for all his help.

CONS: Nothing to complain about. Even if there was, the company's attitude is as such that they will be improving all the time and respond positively to feedback.

PROS: I like how they give you access to all these marketing and CRM/sales features in one dashboard. It could easily replace a number of other tools you are using right now. Pricing is fair for what you get too and I also really like the file repository feature that bigger marketing teams will really appreciate.

CONS: Landing page templates are very limited at the moment

PROS: Engagebay provides an easy option to track your campaign performance. Based on which you can rework and edit your content. creating email templates is a damn easy by simple drag and drop interface to create a template that suits your need. Overall a good experience as far as now.

CONS: Have been using EngageBay to promote our University's products and activities through their Email Broadcasts. It gives convenient email campaigns and an unlimited number of users.

PROS: I was looking for an affordable tool for my startup and Engagebay was my choice. EngageBay is a simple, affordable, all-in-one marketing automation platform. Helps in generating leads through lead generation forms, popups engage web visitors.   The tool has several advantages that work better than other  CRM  Engagebay is well suited for our small business which is developing rapidly. For about 3 months of using Engagebay, we are able to promote our startup through their Email Broadcast. Looking forward to utilise it more

CONS: Nothing as of now should use it more to decide

PROS: This platform provides every aspect for an SMB to be able to market to their clients as well as follow-up and client management aspects are awesome. Couple that with page and email drag and drop builders, integration options for contacts, emails and other services and you have a full fledged funnel CRM similar to ClickFunnels and other products, without the high costs. You have to try it. The features are as robust as many of the most expensive products out there but their costs and mission statement is to provide these for a reasonable cost. They achieve this beautifully.

CONS: It's not necessarily a negative but they have some incredible features that they continue to flesh out, like thier social integration. I cant wait to see this continue to develop as a tight social engagement unifying the client and prospect messaging in emails and landing pages is an essential toolset in 2019 marketing. That they have all of these amazing tools and continue to build more into the platform is a credit, again, to their mission.

PROS: The speed to launch campaigns live. The versatility of the product and the ease of use.

CONS: I am missing a couple of integrations but their team seems to be on the case to add them

PROS: The web forms and the landing page feature is quite unique and works really well. and the look and feel of the platform also is very nice

CONS: The platform has a lot of potential. However, the user interface could be simplified as currently it seems confusing

PROS: Pricing! get everything in one tool for the best price! i've switched from hubspot to engagebay

CONS: maybe just a text template on emails and also custom templates make title visible

PROS: Engagebay works pretty well with my business. I was using ActiveCampaign but the costs were adding up quite quickly. I tried other platforms but the automation sequence offered by ActiveCampaign are not easy to find, until, I got Engagebay. The platforms offer an awesome automation platform for emails, plus landing pages and forms. It works quite well and can be a perfect substitute.

CONS: I would like more design capabilities for the forms, but I heard they are already implementing it.

PROS: I signed up for EngageBay because I of their CRM features. It has so many promising features like tracking deals, contacts, list, email marketing and automation. I like that I can manage all marketing in my business in one place + Integrate with Zapier.

CONS: At the time of writing it looks as if the product is not polished enough. I am having glitches with sequences and email marketing automation, plus Zapier integration doesn't include deals yet (expected soon). Support is great answering all my question and fixing all the problems I encounter, but still it looks like some job is still missing.

PROS: All its tools and functions are good, but what I like most are the automation and programming in social networks along with landing pages, pop unders and forms that together help me increase traffic and in the short term generate sales

CONS: The software meets the benefits it offers, there is nothing wrong with adding

PROS: I love page builder of Engagebay. It loads super fast and in stable performance based on AWS + CDN Cloudfront. Moreover, the landing page allows edit in a source code that means you can embed anything on it include CSS code, HTML and Javascript. Even SVG is supported as well. Landing page support full responsive display and block design friendly style.

CONS: The page templates are still limited, I need more templates for quick design. The landing page builder needs a switch view mode for responsive that I can see exactly how my page display on the mobile.

PROS: With Engagebay the biggest thing that I like best and what attracted me to them was that it seemed like an all-in-one platform. It seemed like it solved the need to go out and get other services and integrate them together because Engagebay had everything built into it.

CONS: I can't think of anything I really dislike about the platform. However, if I had to choose something, I would recommand to add more integrations.

PROS: I like that it enables you to create great looking email without any prior experience or knowledge coding or building emails. They have a workflow email builder that allows you to quickly create beautiful, responsive, mobile-friendly emails in an easy to use interface. Their marketing automation features are also much easier to learn.

CONS: Engagebay is a super comprehensive software. I work with it every day and in terms of features, there is very little missing. They are also constantly working to update Engagebay, always adding a new value or streamlining existing features.
