PROS: Using DocSend is convenient not just for me but also for my peers in the office. It's easier to share files with the team and work while on the go because of this platform. It doesn’t matter whether I’m using Google mail or Outlook Express because I could sync it without experiencing any issues at all. I also feel confident about sharing personal and confidential documents with clients because I can add a password to ensure that not everyone can view it.
CONS: It's challenging to get hold of their customer service team whenever I need to call and ask for help. The longest time that I've waited for someone to assist me was more than an hour, which is very unreasonable. For the steep price we are paying, I think they should do more to make us happy. The features are useful, but some issues need to be fixed.

PROS: I prefer sending our clients links rather than attachments because the truth is most people don’t even open it. After all, it's such a hassle for them to do it. With links, I am assured that they would be able to read my material as soon as they click it, and I get to close a deal as soon as we are done with the discussion and presentation. We also send links for our performance metrics to ensure that all employees are aware of our running performance and updates.
CONS: I am not sure if there is an option to remove the platform's official logo that all of our documents would have the same look and format, making it more presentable to our clients. Also, DocSend has limited features because the only thing that we can share is purely text documents and photo compilations. I'd like to share some video product demonstrations and learning tutorials, but I could not do it.
Files are a lot easier to manage using DocSend rather than using direct attachment from our email.

PROS: One of the primary reasons we decided to get DocSend is for us to secure all of our outgoing data from prying eyes. With traditional email, we would have a hard time tracking down the activity of every document that we are sending to other people. They can even copy and share it without our knowledge, which we need to watch out for. Instead of sending attachments to our external recipients, we prefer to use links that are faster to open and less risky to share. Also, it takes less effort to edit or modify our files, which is one reason why employees love using DocSend so much.
CONS: One of the things that I continuously dislike about DocSend is the subscription rate. I find it too expensive but what makes us stick to the product is its extensive features that help us accomplish our work more efficiently. Although its UI looks pretty plain and simple, I still think that DocSend is more beneficial when it comes to tracking document status.

PROS: Sharing of files can be very risky from a business standpoint. That is why we decided to invest in a platform like DocSend, which will never compromise our security. It gives a user full control of what, how, and when to share documents. It also allows you to create separate and exclusive links that you can share with others to see whether they have read, shared, or deleted it.
CONS: I had some doubts about using DocSend at the beginning. But it wasn’t until I started sharing links that I realized its full functionality. There may be issues when it comes to variances, but it's something that I can live with.

PROS: With DocSend, you have control of the people who can access your documents, which for me, is a very cool and safe feature. What I like about this platform is the transparency that it gives you by providing you with the information of those people who went through your documents. You know right away who those clients mean business and identify hardworking employees within the company.
CONS: I am always challenged when it comes to editing or re-sizing documents. I need more practice, so I won’t be needing any help with some of my documents.

PROS: I am now able to maximize my file-sharing capabilities through the help of ShareDocs. I can easily send links or attach files of all sizes into my email without worrying about having problems or error messages. This platform makes it more convenient for me to share sales proposals, application forms, reports, and other materials to deliver my job more effectively.
CONS: Our company is pretty small, so we need to monitor our expenses very closely. One of the downsides of using DocSend is the price. We are currently subscribed to the most basic plans that come with the simple features that we need. We want to upgrade to help enhance our current workflows and processes, but it's costly on our end. The higher plan comes with certain features like sending automated forms with electronic signatures to reduce paper waster and save so much time. DocSend offers so much convenience, but it comes with a corresponding price.

PROS: Using DocSend is a life-changing experience in handling our office documents, contract, reports, and other pertinent files. I find this platform very easy to use because I’ve got everything figured out in less than an hour. I did watch a couple of self-help videos then I am all set. The nice thing about using DocSend is that you have full visibility of whether the recipient could open the files or not or whether they shared it with other people. These features are beneficial in making sure that your employees are not making excuses at work. Also, it makes you feel more secure knowing that sensitive information is being kept within the company.
CONS: So far, there are no complaints or whatsoever about DocSend. Everybody seems to be okay with it since we started incorporating it into our office tools. But I’m just wondering how the recipients would feel if they began getting files from different sources.

PROS: It helps our staff to become more efficient in serving our clients. Using SendDoc every day allows us to send multiple attachments and links in one single email only. We can also control who can open, read, and share our documents to keep things secure no matter what happens.
CONS: Right now, everyone seems happy with DocSend. But if you’d ask me, maybe they can look into improving their scanning resolution and photo editing to reduce the size of each document further.

PROS: I consider DocSend a wise investment for my business because it has given us beneficial results that I am proud of. We were able to organize and keep all of our files in shared storage accessible to employees from a different department. DocSend has helped us convert many documents into links used to market our products and services. The links are shared with our clients making it easier for them to make a buying decision.
CONS: There is nothing, in particular, I don’t like about DocSend. The truth is that it has been a beneficial platform that helped us in growing our business and enhancing our sales, especially during this pandemic. However, I do not advise my employees to add hyperlinks because it creates confusion for the receiving end. The link itself from DocSend will suffice.

PROS: I didn’t have much of an adjustment transitioning to DocSend because everything seems easy to figure out independently. I am confident that all the content that I am sending goes to the right person/department. Also, links and documents are easy to edit/update, so you don’t have to spend too much time going into your files one by one.
CONS: It is essential that you double-check all the email addresses on your address book before sending any document. I realized that DocSend falls short in validating dummy emails, which can threaten our business. Giving us a heads up or error message before clicking the send button would be nice.

CONS: Untimely platform upgrades and access issues. Some of these issues are not permanent, so there s nothing much to worry about. However, issues with Google mail still needs to be addressed more frequently.

PROS: Some of my clients have been sending me files via Doc Send, so I got curious and asked them how the product works. I started with the trial plan, and then I upgraded because I want to get the most out of the product. I make it a point that all employees should utilize DocSend to keep all of our files safe from people who might try to steal information. Overall I can say that it's worth paying for.
CONS: The subscription fee is costly. I was considering looking for another product, but nothing could beat the features and services that DocSend provides.

PROS: I can quickly tell whether people saw what I sent them or did they go through it. Before, I had no idea that it's hard to get feedback regarding the stuff that I sent in their emails. Also, I don't have to worry about oversharing or leaking of confidential files. DocSend has this feature where I can set up a password and only share it with the people I trust.
CONS: There are some materials that I would like to send to others using a link. But the problem is it keeps asking me for an account name which I don’t have. I was told to enter an invalid or dummy email add to go ahead and share any link that I want to.

PROS: The ins and outs of DocSend are not so difficult to learn. It's a very user-friendly system that allows you to share all types of documents via emails. Plus, it comes with built-in analytics that's easy for any user to interpret.
CONS: I’ve been using it to share docs of all formats with my clients. However, when you send an excel file, it would require the receiver to download it, which takes up space and takes time to open.
