A brilliant tool to work with.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how ClearBooks equips our team with the latest features in accounting. Through it, we've been able to learn new skills and adapt to the times. It's so easy to justify the expense for ClearBook's subscription to our board. I think that they see the value of this tool as much as we do.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We've had to cut some costs in recent years, and ClearBooks was sadly one of the tools that had to go. This is the problem with being in a non-profit organization, I guess. Sacrifices have to be made in favor of cost-efficiency. But I'm still glad that we got to use ClearBooks even for just a bit--at least now we know that there are software products like it being offered in the market.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

When we were using ClearBooks, maintaining transparency and accuracy in accounting had been so much easier.
