Shipping policy
We use a combination of USPS First Class Shipping, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS Ground for all orders shipping within the U.S. billed at a flat rate. U.S. customers will not have the option to specify which courier is used for their shipment. All shipments will include insurance and typically take 2-5 days to arrive at their destination once shipped.
For orders shipping outside the U.S., we use a variety of couriers that will be shown to you at checkout based on the country you are shipping to. Please note that duties, taxes, and brokerage fees vary from country to country. These fees are not included in the shipping options available to you at checkout. We will not reship or refund orders that have been returned due to the recipient's refusal to pay for the required customs fees.
We ship orders Monday-Friday from Los Angeles, CA with the exception of holidays. If your order is placed on Monday-Friday before 11 a.m. PT, it will likely ship out the same day. If it is placed after 11 am PT, it will ship out the following shipping day. Once your package ships, it usually takes 2-5 business days to arrive. Please note that courier delays, weather, staff shortages, retrogrades, and holidays can impact these timelines.
