WELLNESS JOURNEY
Did you make a New Year’s resolution this year to focus more on health and wellness? To work out, eat right (drink a little less wine), and rest more? I did, and although it has been tough to stick to at times, I think I’m doing a pretty good job overall. I joined a Pilates class, took most sweets out of my diet, and am getting to bed earlier. Another equally important road to wellness for me is spending time with my beautiful family and friends. I am blessed to come from a very large, close-knit clan where everyone helps and supports each other in both quiet and courageous ways.
