Chien-Shiung Wu (Cina tradisional: 吳健雄 ; 31 Mei 1912 - 16 Februari 1997) ialah seorang ahli fizik eksperimen Cina-Amerika yang membuat sumbangan signifikan dalam bidang fizik nuklear. Wu bekerja pada Projek Manhattan, dimana beliau membantu pembangunan proses untuk memisahkan uranium menjadi isotop-isotop uranium-235 dan uranium-238 melalui difusi gas.[1][2]
