Janel Meilani Parrish (lahir 30 Oktober 1988) ialah seorang pelakon dan penyanyi Amerika Syarikat. Beliau terkenal dengan melakonkan watak Mona Vanderwaal dalam siri drama misteri Freeform Pretty Little Liars. Beliau juga terkenal dengan watak Young Cosette dalam penerbitan Broadway Les Misérables (1996), dan Jade dalam filem komedi remaja Bratz (2007). Pada tahun 2014, Parrish menyertai musim ke-19 Dancing with the Stars dan mendapat tempat ketiga. Beliau juga muncul dalam filem Netflix 2018, To All the Boys I've Loved Before.

Kehidupan peribadi
