Task/s: adding and removing P31=mountain system (Q46831) and P31=mountain (Q8502)

Function details: There are two bot requests pending concerning mountains and mountain ranges [1] [2]. The bot will focus on solving theme. The data basis are categories in the German wikipedia. An article in de:Kategorie:Berg gets P31=mountain, an article in de:Kategorie:Gebirgsgruppe gets P31=mountain range, etc. If an item has the wrong value the bot will correct it.
