An editor from Nigeria, User:Albakry08 reached out to me that he was blocked indefinitely for socket puppeteer. He created a wiki data page 11 months ago and he noticed the block after opening multiple tabs of Wikidata pages using the same account.
I guess that was what made it seems as if he's operating different account.
He told me he's not familiar with User:Marcyway4 who created an account 4 years ago and who has abused the use of multiple account.
Although Albakry08 is a new user as at that time however he is a man of integrity and reputation who won't want to disrupt the wikidata page intentionally. Kindly look into this appeal.
