This Is Us
(2016)

Became a happy place of mine.
Laughs, tears. This show does it all. If you are a person who digs the positive vibes, this show is for you. Makes you believe in goodness of everyone. Makes you feel connected with human being in some way. This show has slowely earned its way to become my favorite drame. I don't see any other show changing that anytime soon.

Please watch it. It's gonna be good i promise. Has incredible life lessons. Well connected shots that makes every scene like notes of a piano. The director apparently has the obsession with stitching most of the episodes from different abstract points and connecting them across timelines, relations, locations during the end of each episode. Makes you go awestruck.! Definitely recommended.

Bambukat
(2016)

Cinematic excellence. Justifies punjabi's love for royal Enfield
The movie is well-written. Typical punjabi movies are stuck to their usual unstoppable giggles and street comedy. (nothing wrong with that) but punjabi cinema always deserves to go beyond that. This movie is a nudge in the right direction.

This movie surely justifies the love of royal Enfield to punjabi community. Along with that, the movie focuses on hard work and shows how it can bridge economic and social barriers. This has to be one of my favourite period movies in punjabi cinema.

Amazing performances by simi chahal, ammy virk, binnu dhillon and the rest of the crew. +outstanding comedy by binnu dhillon. Who yet another time succeeded by marking another funny character.

Overall. Deserves a couple of rewatches.

Bates Motel
(2013)

Close to perfection.
Comes around as a suprise more often than not even if you have seen The Psycho.
