Joker: Folie à Deux
(2024)

Could not even imagine how bad that turned out
One thing that this Joker movie taught me is that it really is perfectly fine not to have an open mind about these things and to completely be critical about it.

The 2019 film got away with murder, because Arthur Fleck is not the Joker, or at least not the main DC universe version if you want to get dorky about it (and I always do), but there was enough there to satisfy the geekdom, which is why we loved it!

Then with this sequel, Todd Phillips decided to add more water to an already watered down Joker. Probably would have been best just to call this joint the Clown and leave Batman's Rogue out of it.

Funny thing is there was a lot of potential to appeal to Fanboys, but they did not take it, in a move that felt pompous on the filmmaker's side. If you hate comic book superhero movies that much then why'd you do one?

I did not hate Lady Gaga's version of Harley Quinn, in fact overall her connecting story arch with the joker made this movie worth seeing, but still, this is not the original DC animated Universe version or the comic book version. Truly, this is someone else who may have been better received in another movie.

And to think, my biggest worry going in is that i hate musicals and hoped if Gaga was doing some of it I would tolerate it. Not even worth mentioning it! It does not make sense why it even needed to be a musical. Were the musical ques met to metaphorically allow me to enter the heads of the two main characters or was it a poorly done trick to make a film seem artier and more interesting? Definitely both!

Sometimes lighting can't strike twice and the funniest thing about this film is how far from the mark they missed it!

Don't sit through this.

Rebel Ridge
(2024)

Sheer Brillance!
Rebel Ridge was different, but it was good!

A slow burn action movie that took me by surprise. I mean i was expcecting far far more action in this but i did not get that...and I'm not mad at all.

They took a long time to tell the story of a black man getting harased by the cops in the south but it was so well done.

Dude playing the lead character was extraordinary. He made me want to be a better man cause i know if the tides were turn and i was in his situation that would not be me. Realistically, this is exactly what representation should look like all the time. Just noting but pride watching him face off against an evil Nash Bridges (or Sonny Crocket depending on your age range).

I thought Don Johnson was a critical villain in Brawl on Cellblock 99 and I feel the same about his antagonist role in this film. Too good at this type of villain man. Lucky for him he's played a good cop on tv for so many years that i can't think of him sideways.

Then the action happens, and it was all so stratifying. This movie was so good and so perfect! I recommend!

Lover of Men: The Untold History of Abraham Lincoln
(2024)

Well done and insightful!
Feel the need to start by saying I have no problem with Abraham Lincoln being gay; in fact, with no prior knowledge of historical documentation, it does not surprise me that he stepped out with men in the sense that, as the movie itself states, homosexuality was only an issue for a lot of folks in the 1900s and the idea that it was a duty for a man like Lincoln to marry and have heirs was more of an issue in his time over who he has fun with as a bachlor.

I'll admit I did find the evidence and the dramatization of Lincolon's relationships with men laughable. This is mostly a knock to the filmmaker's style. He made a movie subtitled The Untold story of Abraham Lincoln so he stretches out what felt like a 12min topic as lengthy as possible to justify a documentary that's almost two hours. I could be wrong about the info all together but it just felt like there was not enough and they just became too detailed and drawn out to the point that it made me giggle, but to be fair, I think Lincoln as the subject matter worked to get me in the seat, and the full range of the movie deals with the concept of homosexuality as a construct. For me, it was a perfect juxtaposition that they used Lincoln, best known for ending slavery, to compare racism and homophobia. I'm not the person who needs the speech, but I got the message, and I loved it. If anything, the film expresses something I believe in, and it will make it easier for me to express my opinion. Thanks.

Trap
(2024)

It was a good movie.
No more and no less than a good movie. It will not change lives but it was not a waste of time. Josh Hartnett was good to look at and that was important because he is this movie. He makes it and does not break it.

I will say, because of the mediocre film the Watchers done by M. Night Shaymalan's daughter, I was looking way too forward to getting the real deal after that generic piece of just okness. My hopes were too much up for Trap, but Trap delivered.

It is not the best movie M. Night has done and if you are a fan of M. Night its missing some important steps in the signature style, so it did not live up to what I was expecting but it was close. It was almost there and hitting the top of the jar was good enough for me to come out of this film not disappointed.

Plus, Hatley Mills!? I did not see that coming! That was a strange use of star power but man was it cool to see her in this movie.

Speaking of nepotism, M. Night has one daughter making mediocre movies with his name and another acting and writing music in his movie. I picked the latter. She only added to the movie without hurting it.

Trap was worthy of getting caught up in.

Deadpool & Wolverine
(2024)

Welcome back to the top Marvel!
Sometimes that happens when you're a juggernaut my dude. You come out swinging take it to the top make a few mega hits then some jabs, then some misses and then a right hook.

Not sense Spider-Man No Way Home has a Marvel Movie hit this hard, although the movie is more similar to Avengers End Game.

This was a fan service that I did not expect at all. What's interesting is as much as it hit me as a fan boy who knows his comics it also will appeal to anyone who has been watching comic book movies sense...no spoilers, here!

But for those of you who care nothing of how big the cinematic universe really is, that's ok cause you came here for two reasons...Deadpool and wolverine.

Deadpool, played by Ryan Reynolds is one of the best action heroes in cinema. As crazy as Martian Riggs as Cowboy as John McClain and almost Axel Foley (in the first two movies) funny. If the term star power was more literal than Reynolds would be an Omega Level Mutant.

And speaking of Omega Level, here comes Hugh Jackman. Perfectly reprising the role that made him a star 24 years ago, it always feels like he became more Wolverine with each movie. This movie is no exception simple because he's wearing that costume. It's like he could never say he perfected the character unless he puts the costume on (now if only we can cut his height down a foot). Mr. Jackman, thank you so much for coming back one hundred percent in the game!

I would say more but I really should not. Let's just say it's one of the best action films you will watch and Reynolds and Jackman are two great actors who mastered their characters and came together with a chemistry that would make their wives question their intent.

Trade your brain in for a tub of popcorn and enjoy!

Horizon: An American Saga - Chapter 1
(2024)

It was decent but man! was it long
It was long, and it felt long, absolutely felt like three hours. Far too long.

Going into this I was a little nervous that Kevin Costners Values would be preached to me. That is what happened but as it turns out I agree on his take on the American Fronter. I thought he was very fair and diverse with things I assumed would be lopsided. I thought that was great.

One issue with the diverseness is that it gave too much content on the frontier. A lot of stories are going on all at once and what makes it worse is they only vaguely connect and this really made the movie drag.

As a western there were some cool elements that made this one of the best ever. As a movie my intrigue wears off in-between the stories I got into.

I'm actually surprise cause I felt as a actor that directs himself Costner could have done better.

I'm not really looking forward to part two.

A Quiet Place: Day One
(2024)

Not too shabby, but shabby
What I see from the movie honestly is two really good actors making the most out of what they got, but not getting that much. Lupita Nyong'o and Joe Quinn were amazing together. The chemistry was there and it worked every time they were on the screen, but I could have used more development of the characters.

I felt that the movie was too short and went by too quick, just when I was feeling it, it was over.

Also, I wish there was more for Djimon Hounsou to do in this film. One of the greatest supporting actors ever and they just used him as the connection to the other films, which was a waste.

I know I'm kinda dumping on the movie, but I was expecting bigger is better from it but I did not get that.

Thelma
(2024)

What an Action movie
When did the late great Richard Roundtree becomes the cat who's the sex machine for all the old White chicks? He played Jane Fonda's love interest in Moving On now he's June Squibb's partner in this "Crime Thriller" This new trend to make movies starring older actresses lost one of their best romantic leads in 2023.

This movie needed an action star to justify it and it got that in Shaft. It also had a decent character villain in Malcom McDowell, which justifies my perception of it. I mean it has the prefect action premise: "They stole her money now she has to get it back!" It's funny how because the cast was old as dirt it made a lot of things, they were doing far more suspenseful: walking upstairs, riding a moped, falling. I do feel like you got to be the right age to feel the danger and be able to laugh at it. If I was 30 to 40 years older I possible think this was a horror flick.

So yeah, it was a delightful film about what grandma means to everyone when they get old enough to need to worry about them more than usually. A bit grim if you are coming to that age when you are a burden to one's family. Also, a touching love letter for a filmmaker who obviously loved his own grandmother.

The emotional thrill ride was intense even though most of the cast can't move that fast but it definitely makes you want to call your grandma after it's over.

The Exorcism
(2024)

Didn't Russell Crowe already do this?
I remember seeing the trailer for this movie and thinking it was some sort of sequel to The Pope's Exorcist, but its not. Its not related at all and yet it feels like the same movie. Odd!

Not sure what's going on with Russell Crowe's career. I know that some stars get older and phase out, forced to do lower value movies or take supporting roles over leads in bigger ones but what was the crime to Hollywood Russell Crowe committed to have to do such bad movies other than him getting fat?

(What? Don't act like that's not a crime in Hollywood?) From my perspective the movie is filled with well enough known names: Adam Goldberg Chole Bailey. David Hyde Pierce is in this movie! David High Pierce! I known it's been a while sense Fraser has been on the air but I feel like Miles Crane must give the movie some star power. And Sam Worthington! This was a real puzzle. Did Worthington owe someone money? Does the filmmaker have something on this dude that would get him canceled?

I can only imagine what this movie was suppose to be is sitting somewhere on a cutting room floor in Hollywood cause this is not making sense. It's amazing how someone could have watched this movie and thought this was going to fly and I can only assume what Crowe signed up for and filmed was totally different than the finished product.

I can clearly see a good idea that just was not done well at all.

Bad Boys: Ride or Die
(2024)

Not bad Bad Boys, not Bad at all!!
So, let's be honest here, did we get a Bad Boys four so fast because of what the Fresh Prince did at the Oscars? I'm gonna assume so and I'm almost happy he did (just kidding) Ride or Die is an excellent action film. The car chases, the gun fights the explosions it was pretty fantastic. The directors did some experimenting on some of the action sequences that did not fully get me excited but I'm not mad at the experiment.

Martian Lawrence and Will Smith still have the chemistry. These two known how to bounce the jokes off each other. They got Lowery and Burnett down. One of the best on screen duos ever.

As the Franchise goes, I think this movie is better because of the near back-to-back from their last outing Bad Boys for Life (back-to-back in comparison to 17-year gap between For Life and Bad Boys II). It continues the developing story between Lowery and his estranged son. Vanessa Hodges, Paola Nunez and Alexander Ludwig official join the family and then there is that interesting story arch between Burnett and his son in law that hit a peak in this movie after technically going on for three movies.

Look if you like Bad Boys, you're going to like Bad Boys: Ride or Die. The only buddy cop franchise better is Lethal Weapon. Can't wait to see if Lethal Weapon 5 is half as good as Bad Boys 4.

The Watchers
(2024)

Just another Horror Movie! Good but generic
It was not a bad horror movie at that. It did what I came here to see. The monsters were scary and the set up added to the scares (shout out to the music for adding to the scare). Just your typical modern day horror flick like all the others, which once again is not a bad thing at all.

However, considering who the director is, or rather who the director is related to, having your famous dad's name on the film did not help. There is a certain style that pappa M. Night Shyamalan is infamous for. Not that I should be expecting that style from his daughter Ishana, but when I first saw the marketing for this movie, I automatically assumed it was 100% M. Night and for good reason. I almost past of the film when I herd it was not, but I figure I give it a shoot.

It felt like Ishana was purposely trying to do the opposite of her father's story telling in a movie that's totally up her father's alley. It was almost like the daughter was rebelling against what her father does, by doing the reverse of what daddy does (At least that would be a better excuse than she botched what her daddy does in movies)

Once again, the movie is a good watch. Dakota Fanning was really good in it, but possibly purposely Ishana Shyamlan is no M. Night.

Atlas
(2024)

I thought it was a decent Sci-fi movie
. I don't know if this is an issue with Netflix or movies in general but I will blame Netflix. The fact that we are streaming this movie may mean the budget was not up to Pahor for a theatrical release, which means they did not have the money for as many epic battles as I would hope for. This could have been done on purpose for the sake of the story, but it does place a lot of action packed sci-fi in a movie that's not to be that.

The action was on point in this movie. Shout on for Sterling K. Brown who nailed his role and is possibly the best reason to see this film.

Overall, I thought it was a good sci-fi story and the story is told well.

Summer Camp
(2024)

It was...ok
So, Diane Keaton seems to relishing in this Oldpolation genre she's been doing for the past few years attempting to make old people seem like people too, but she went too far trying to make Eugene Levy look cool.

I personally liked the genre Myself and a few movies in it like 80 for Brady, but I will say this movie felt its age in the terms off the movement of the comedy felt as slow as the people performing it. No one seemed fast enough to set up a laugh properly.

I may feel differently if I was at the same age level as the cast members but like I said, other movies like Book Club seem to be more my speed.

Not saying the movie was a totally dud but I can't help to note my favorite humorous moments came from the young child actor turned young adult actor Josh Peck whose timing spoke of an actor who felt like he was in the movie. Also, Besty Sordo was good for some laughs and very good at assisting these old ladies with their delivery.

A little more effort and this flick could have been better.

In a Violent Nature
(2024)

Cult masterpiece!!
There is a brilliance to it. Its feels like a great filmmaker came along and just brought sophistication to a slasher film. Kinda on the guise of Tarantino with Pulp Fiction or Cameron with Aliens. In a violent nature does not deserve to be this good yet the filmmakers loved and respect the genre enough to make it so.

Coming at you mostly from the perception of the slasher himself, In A Violent Nature is in the essence of those 80s slasher films but there is a particular mastery of the camera movements that gives the film a certain depth that I was not expecting.

Although, I must admit the filmmakers did get full of themselves at some point. This film had some brutal and gory death scenes. While one in particular was the crème de la crème of mutualization the film also has one huge miss because it felt like they tried too hard with it.

But, overall, this was not different that your architype slasher movie but it was made differently than anything I've seen before and that's what makes it the quintessential watch for all horror fans.

Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga
(2024)

Slow and Dark is the story of this race.
I have to admit that my desire to see this movie comes from how epic Mad Max Fury Road was. One of the greatest action films I ever seen the 2015 movie is definitely a thrill ride.

This almost set me a stray with Furiosa as i watched it. Unlike any other Mad Max film Furiosa is a direct prequel to Fury Road taking place fully in the exact same universe (Although I want to note how much Beyond Thunderdome was referenced in Both Fury Road and Furiosa). I could help but to get in the theatre thinking I'm going to get the same effect from George Miller that I got with his last Mad Max outing.

However, the speed in particular of this movie was slow in compassion to the fast past non stop kinetic feel of Fury Road. It was obvious with the first action sequence in the first few minutes.

Another noticeable difference is a tone between both movies. As it says in the title Mad Max is mad and Furiosa is Furious going down the Fury Road. These two emotions lend well to brutal action in part four.

Furisoa is a different emotion of bleakness as we go through her entire origin story, from childhood to an adult. If you seen Mad Max 4 the movie even feels darker knowing how she got to that point. Plus the burtalness in that slow pace was actually more enhanced.

Goerge Miller visioned a movie with that bleakness. He's using the same composer from the last movie and this score lends to what is happening to Furisoa exactly like it did for Fury Road. I felt the CGI was a bit more obvious in this film than what seemed like more practical effects in Fury Road but it did add to the drama of the film.

Speaking of Drama Anna Taylor-Joy and Chris Hemmsworth were perfect. Hemmsworth seem like the perfect joker-like borderline of funny and villainous perfect for an Ozzi film in my personal opinion. I now cannot unsee Anna Taylor-joy as Furiosa, I could not image what Charlize Theron would do with the project at this point.

I definitely liked Fury Road better which is definitely not fair to this Mad Max saga as both movies are giving off different energy so I will say don't go into the theatre expecting that high octane energy and keep in mind that Furiosa's story is emotionally draining, like Black Swan emotionally draining, but it was worth the drain.

Boy Kills World
(2023)

That was really good!
For some reason watching the trailer I thought this was going to be one of those parody movies like Scary Movie but about the Hunger Games, but that's not it at all, in fact its not as funny as I thought it would be. I went in expecting a comedy but what I got is a amazing action flick.

In subject matter its pretty dark and disturbing which contradicts the inner voice of the main character who you may recognize coming out of Bob from Bob's Burgers. In that sense the contradiction made me laugh out loud a few times.

My favorite part however is that this movie seems to be an American attempt at the Indonesian marshal art Pencak silat reinforced by the movie business best practitioner Yayan Ruhian (not the name you were expecting me to say?) also starring in the flick.

Mr. Bill Skarsgård looked amazing (and like a turn of the century boy band member) pulling off these moves. I'm not talking the Raid here but I'm stratified with what Hollywood is temping with this.

Everything about this movie made me happy, it's a good time!

Guillermo del Toro's Pinocchio
(2022)

Not bad
Another Pinocchio movie?

I feel like I just saw this movie cause I just did. Disney just once again took one of their classic animated movies and made it a Live action cash cow with their version of Pinocchio which brings nothing to the table and though it was ok was not worth making.

At least Guillermo Del Toro's Pinocchio was bringing a new twist to the character. A new twist that center's around Pinocchio coming to life in Italy during World War 2.

This made for a very dark story. It was strange some of the adventures Pinocchio went though it felt like Mad TV or Key and Peele were trying to pull off some warped sketch. I can't believe how far they went, sometimes.

Plus the animation was prime, very fluid.

Definitely a fine film, despite the musical numbers.

The Inspection
(2022)

An excellent portrait
Though the movie focus on a man whose gay and his experience going through the Marines Boot Camp, the movie actually examines a diverse group of young men going through the Marine Corps training. Of all the types you'll find your type that you can relate to.

I feel the movie makes you guess a little too much about the main character French's background. Most likely done on purpose as the purpose of the Marines is to have no background when you put on that uniform. Slowly along with the character we discover what type of man he can be without putting any further labels on him.

Find it ironic that the inspection actually was positive propaganda for the U. S Marine corps, casue what I saw a coming-of-age story that molded the story teller greatly.

It was a small picture which triggered great emotion.

Jurassic World
(2015)

Four times better than any other Jurassic Park sequel!
Jurassic World is a worth wild sequel to a great franchise. The wonder does not top the original movie, but the adventure does. The movie is epic, bigger and better than all the others. A perfect blockbuster in every way.

Pay no attention to the weird science that's going on and keep focus on the cartoonish action that drives the movie. It's corny at times, but it perfectly pays homage to Spielberg style blockbuster making

The dinosaurs are terrifying and awesome at the same time. The movie only showcases two new prehistoric creatures that have not been seen at the park before, but the oldie but goodie Raptors are in it, proving that you can try but noting can knock them off the top of the cool chain.

Milking the success of Guardians of the Galaxy is Chris Pratt as the dashing hero type, using his ruggedly handsome looks to tame the beast...that is Bryce Dallas Howard, who plays the not so damsel slash sidekick in the film.

It was a fun ride at the movies and worthy of its IMAX release. It was filled with contemporary satire that does not forget the original while pressing forward and just when you think you saw the best part...you haven't. It just keeps getting better in its outrageousness.

See this one!

Entourage
(2015)

Yeah, if you like the TV show, you'll love the movie.
The film literally is the ninth season of the show adapted into a movie.

Taking place a few months after the eighth season, Ari Gold takes his new job as head of the studio and makes his first project a one hundred million dollar movie for his number one star Vincent Chase, but when Vincent's wanting to direct makes him go over budget, Mr. Gold has to deal with the investor's son, who has issues with the flick.

Very similar to Sex in the City, it seems easy to adapt a six or seven episode season of an HBO show into a two hour movie. Entourage proves that if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Though it kinda sucks a little in retrospective that I had to shell out the cost of a movie ticket to see the next season of Entourage, it was well worth.

It was funny as hell, and I loved to see what the boys are up to now. Like the show the movie was filled with celebrity cameos. What was cool was the cameos by people who regularly did cameos or had amazing cameos on the show (like the show's executive producer, Mark Whalberg)

Just like the show, I watch the movie and just loved the lives these guys lead. They make it look like so much fun that I could not care if I was the movie star or one of the hanger ons

So if you were sad to see the show go off the air than it's definitely worth gathering your Entourage to go see it.

Club Life
(2015)

Just OK, nothing really to brag about.
Jerry Ferrera's leading man role is in a movie about a limo driver who becomes a thing in the club scene in New York City was perfectly small for the Entourage Costar.

But the movie is too by the numbers to stand out to be anything. It did not have enough style and attitude that it needed to really be something.

All the acting was too on cue. Just no real passion in it.

Club Life had a lot of potential, but it does not hit you, it does not stick with you, it kinda goes away.

Good effort, but falls short.

Aloha
(2015)

Not impressive at all
The movie tries to suck you in with a trailer and a poster that showcases the parade of stars in it, that would have been great if they weren't just overblown and underused cameos surrounding this Bradley Cooper focused vehicle.

The plot seems interesting. A washed up Air Force pilot helps a billionaire launch a private rocket. The development felt like an action thriller from a Tom Clancy novel, but the delivery falls well short of even a lame espionage movie.

But it is a Cameron Crowe film so what we're really expecting is a movie about people connecting with one another

Though the movie has its sweet moments, overall it falls short of fulling warming or touching the heart. The whole thing is splashed together too quickly and the pace did not allow me to feel enough for anyone to a point were I can say this movie is worth seeing

San Andreas
(2015)

When The Rock takes on the San Andreas fault...every one wins!
The best disaster movie I've seen in years, and it has everything to do with The People's Action Hero, who brought the action to the disaster

Dawayne Johnson plays a rescue chopper pilot who has to travel from Los Angeles to San Francisco after a 9.6 scale earthquake hits California in order to pick up his really hot daughter stuck in the city with the most damage.

The movie is a little terrifying than other disaster movies like 2012 or the day after tomorrow. I don't know much about Earthquakes but the science laid out in the movie is sound, and it plays on real events that have happen in the past ten years that make the movie seem accurate (to some one who lives in an earthquake free zone at least), than other end of the world situations. I can only imagined how much more crazier it would be if I was from San Fran watching the city get totaled.

Like most disaster movies it has an ensemble cast with Paul Giamtti as head of the team that figures out how to predict the quakes, Alexandra Daddario as The Rock's sexy and strong (white) daughter, and the always beautiful Carl Gugino once again playing Johnson's love interest slash sidekick like she did in Race to Witch Moutian and Faster.

But make no mistake, we want to see this movie to see what the Rock is cooking. Another blockbuster is what.

Good Kill
(2014)

I liked it a lot, but it's really grim when feeding you a lot to think about
I saw the poster in a theater and thought it would be more of an action movie, but I should have known since Ethan Hawke was in it

Hawke plays a seasoned Air Force pilot who gets grounded by the increased use of drones in the war on terror. You would think being able to serve his country safely from an office in Las Vegas and go home to his beautiful wife (played by January Jones), and kids would be ideal, as it saves American lives, but the problem is that you can't ground an airman, and the concept of making combat no different than playing Call of Duty, spins him into a nasty spiral of heavy drinking, with the thoughts of taking out terrorist and those that surround them especially, as easily as a child takes out king koopa in Mario Bros.

The movie is grim. Its so balanced in the whole politics of drone combat that no one's point shines out more than the other, which is very sad. If it was a documentary, it would be the best ever made. As a narrative, the filmmaker does an amazing job of not really taking sides, which makes you feel even more for the lead character whose deep in the conflict of doing his duty, which leaves a bad taste in his mouth.

I like Ethan Hawke, not sure if I like him in the role. The character is very well done as well as the picture, but there moments I did not see the despair in Ethan. Might be because even though it's not the action flick I thought it was, I think he played it like an action hero, just a little too Top Gun.

Zoe Kravitz has a supporting role in the movie. I thought she was good as the outspoken left wing rookie of the group, speaking on everything that's wrong with drone combat. Maybe very sexist of me to point out how the young woman is the one against it in a room full of men, or is it just sexiest that she had to play that part. Despite this it was a great role for her

This is definitely a film and not a movie about drone combat. Bruce Greenwood, who plays a captain sums it up in a speech he gives to a group of solders who look like kids about this being just like a video game that takes real lives. Something like that can get into even the strongest willed minds and the movie gives insight on that which I found entertaining, but may not be for everyone.

Wrong Turn
(2003)

Way better than I expected.
I saw on Netflix that this movie produced five sequels, which I found interesting enough to watch, but first I needed to refresh my memory on the original.

Wrong Turn turned out to be a really good movie. It's a refreshing Slasher film that does things slightly differently.

The kids get into a car accident that turns out to be a trap set by psychopathic killers. The accident happens early in the movie before we learn much about the characters. The action begins quickly, and I do mean action, as the group of slashers hunt down these kids, who wanted to get out of the woods more badly than any group of young attractive kids ever did, like animals.

Eliza Dushku earned her place on the poster. She's not playing a victim at all as she tries to lead her friends out of the woods.

Plus the Slashers in the movie were an interesting group of hillbilly freaks worthy of having sequels to keep the party going.

So I get why they would make sequels to this movie, its a really great watch.
