The trailer wasn't great, so I was already afraid of the quality of this movie, despite some great actors. When the name of Martin Scorcesee popped up, I gave it a chance. The movie is just boring, vague storyline how to beat the casino... Making me stop watching after 30 minutes. Seriously, if I want to learn this, I will look it up on Google...

There was not much expectation knowing Scarlet Johansson was in the main role. But even with no expectations, this is just one of the worst marvel movies, besides black panther. Lame jokes, boring dialogues, stupid fighting scenes... No tension at all. Another 2 hours of my life wasted, thanks Walt Disney!!!!

This movie is so boring that it is hard to last till the end... And on top of it, lots of stereotypes...

It was difficult to give it a score as this movie made me laugh so hard... For a comedy I would give it a 7, for a horror a 2. The acting, the storyline and the special effects are bad, but nevertheless I would recommend it as it is in a way enjoyable to watch. Especially the bee toy deserves an Oscar.

Several viewers are complaining about the cruelty and historical inaccuracy. Breaking it down only on that. If you cannot stand violance, this movie will be definitely not your thing, please don't watch... If you're doubting about the cruelty that has happened in WWII and is still happening in this world, I would advice you to open your eyes and educate yourself about history of yesterday and today..and for those who find it is unnecessary to show violence....one thing, luckily we are living in a part of the world where there is freedom of speech, even if it is fake.

Not a fan of Adam Sandler, but he was cut for this role. It took my attention from the start... What makes it great, is the anxiety of the character that is passed on during the movie, so the shouting is essential to it... A movie doesn't need to have a strong story line, it has to capture your full attention and be able to keep it till the end. This is what a good movie is all about...

Normally I don't take time to make reviews, but for this one I want to make an exception as most comments are ridiculous. This is no pro-Israeli nor pro-Palestinian movie, just good entertainment for 2 hours... Showing the human side of people, without feeling any sympathy to their cause. The reason for the ballet/music, is an open question, but for sure, it made it more intense. Who can continue watching a movie if it bothers you so much?

With such a high imdb rating, I hoped to see a great movie, but wow, lame from the start till the end, luckily I watched it with one eye only. Scifi doesnt make sense, but this movie managed to ridicule almost everything...quite sad. Dialogues without any meaning, the point of the sex scene, etc...the list is endless. Besides I doubt I'm the only one that wished to see the biologist "Nathalie portman" die within the first 10 minutes, pretty sure she is boring in real life as well. The only reason she is in the movie is to give it any value, but she doesn't...= overrated & overacting

Thinking to be in for a good movie after seeing the high score on IMDb, but a waste of time. The movie wants to deal with the so called big issues in life for some in our society, like racism, religion,... But takes itself a run with historic facts and feels like propaganda. The acting is poor, except for Huisman, the war scenes are low budget, etc...

Always sceptic on these kind of remakes and secondly an actress like Scarlet Johansson, who is last years more interested in money than quality movies... The movie lacks the dark theme and the complexity of the original, not that it was needed to make it good, but it is cheap entertainment for the brainless among us with lots of futuristic nonsense and as always looking for the inner personality of the main character. The new Hollywood on its best!

The movie has no storyline line or maybe this was the point the director wanted to make, who will know... But it is a real disappointment to watch it as you loose your attention the further you go and realize this movie has nothing to tell besides flashbacks of the past. Sad somebody can make a good movie and end up with this, unbelievable...

Wasting 163min to show the life of a nobody on the run. Probably it is this deeper meaning that made this movie so successful for the critic's popes. Besides the good acting, there is nothing in the movie. With a story-line of Max 5 minutes about kids selling magazines. I wonder for who this movie is made, for people who have no clue what happens in the world I guess. Very surprised it can have such a high score

I never take time to write a review, but in this case I gladly do, because the IMDb score of this laughable tank story is an exaggeration.

Nevertheless a movie is not a documentary, it would be nice, makers stick to some accurate and obvious WOII facts, for instance African American soldiers were segregated from white ones, apparently not in this movie...At some point, the movie reminds to a very weak version of "Saving Private Ryan", a clerk who has no experience, has to fight, struggles with it, (vomitting, because the audience has to know he is not OK with it), team around him dies and he survives...woohoo, only the visiting to the cemetery was missing, pity.

The battles are just jokes, especially the last one. Suicidable Brat Pitt decides to stand against 200 à 300 German soldiers??? How crazy can you be, his crew team doesn't agree, but quickly changes for no reason. Great to see that Sergeant Pitt can hear these were SS soldiers from a distance just by their singing, haha.. There are so many flaws in this movie, I can keep going on...

The movie was a drama, I can only agree...
