I watched this film the first time it came out motivated by one reason. I am a Jim Carey fan, and had read no reviews whatsoever. The first time you see the movie you know something isn't right and it is really intriguing and mysterious as you go on a journey as a viewer to unravel the truth. How come the IMDb plot and storyline give this to the viewer and actually declare that he is already in a T.V. show. It is so much more enjoyable to watch this not knowing anything and discovering it for the first time. As I really like the film I have watched it more than once but the first time being clueless about the T.V. show made the film highly memorable and much more entertaining. Too much is revealed in the INDb description of the film, let the audience have a chance to work it out or at least suspect.

I lived in Melbourne in this time frame. In share houses and went to lots of parties. Very much catches the ambiance, feel, human desires and dilemmas of being a youth in this era. Unless you lived there and know it you can't really appreciate the truth of this life. So many perished from overdoses. Many went on to live happy lives. But if you have been to these times for me they were the most free and some of the happiest times of my life because no one judged you, people encouraged individuality and a freedom of mind. There was a loyalty. Qualities in humanity that are not around today. People are emotionless now and do not discern right from wrong. The world is too dangerous. This was a cherished time.

I was moved deeply nearly to tears watching this film on SBS 2 last night. The film deals with important issues in such a sincere and sensitive way. The film shared a great deal with my personal experience to choose between my faith and my now (ex) fiancé. An impossible decision that has brought a life time of pain and regrets. It is a terrible dilemma for a young person to face these issues. I am glad this important and wonderful film was made because I expect many people have had to go through this and it is heartbreaking, but helpful to see how others manage the situation. Always be true to yourself. We can find the Lord Yahweh anywhere, you don't have to be in a church. As long as you obey His commandments, we need His guidance and discernment when it is not always His will but Mans religion which is different. Good Luck to all young people to be strong and find happiness without control and brainwashing.

I love this program. Not only because i love fashion but it is so encouraging to see these courageous beautiful women follow their dreams. I don't know if 'Missing Model ' is the right name for the show because they have exrtra qualities that inspire me, courage and a special inner beauty that shines through. You are all elegenat sophisticated winners and I am encouraged to see girls with much worse disabilities to myself get out there and go for it. Determined, courageous women.

As a disabled person, thank you for inspiring me to follow my dreams with a sense of renewed determination ( not as a model but doing my Masters), we are unstoppable. I never miss an episode. Thank you for such a quality program. I would like to see some modelling shoots of the lady in the wheel chair that brings out more of her personality, she will go a long way, an exquisite face and person.
