Went into watching 99 with least expectations and was amazed with what it had to offer.The title as it suggests... the movie is setup in the year 1999 also with the protagonist who believes his life is on 99.99 is the number most characters are stuck on.. because its the century that makes it worth it.

Kunal Khemu (Sachin) and Cyrus Broacha (Zaramud) are friends who work as "Line Wala"(watch the movie to understand the Terminology) and have to work for Mahesh Manjrekar(aka AGM a Bookie) against their

Wills.The first half of the movie focuses on how both land up working for AGM.Boman Irani(Rahul) a gambler and a Sort of a Banker by profession gambles and loses.AGM sends Sachin and Zaramud to Delhi for recovering the money the fun begins...

Now for the performances Vinod Khanna(JC-Bookie) the senior-most of the lot in a small and minuscule role is a perfect fit for JC.Soha Ali Khan(Neha) is s pretty good 5-star hotel receptionist who goes for a coffee with her guests without leaving the hotel.Now the star performers....Kunal Khemu and Cyrus Broacha steal the show with the perfect Camaraderie that just leaves you with no option but enjoy the fun.Sachin believes that The "bhojpuri" element in the movie is something that seriously adds to the humour.

A any season movie and way better than most no brainer's bollywood usually comes up with ..99 portrays humour in a very real way.Kudos to the Team for making this one.Can simply say the best comedy of the last decade..and a very underrated movie. Go for 99 and feel the nostalgia that stays with you...and makes you watch it just that one more time again....Kyonki Taliya Woh Ek Run Ke Baad Hi Bajti Hai....

"DMD" presents the other side of GOA and in what a way...Simply stylish with all the glitz in place.The plot of the movie is ACP Vishnu Kamat(Abhishek Bachchan) is assigned a task by the GOA CM to clean up GOA coz Drugs is the reason for all the illegal things in GOA(Mafia,Rave's ...etc).Vishnu on the other side has his own demons to deal with.With his choice of lieutenant's Vishnu goes on a spree to Clean up GOA and free the place from the menace and the ball starts rolling. The first half presents the sketches of all the characters.Lorry(Pratiek Babbar) is shown as a student who gets in the drama for his love and professional life. And Joki(Rana) who has some Unfinished business with Lorsa Biscuta(Aditya) gets involved because of his love for Zoe(Bipasha).The 3 crosspaths at GOA Airport where Lorry is caught for possession of Drugs.Joki tries to convince Kamath of Lorry's innocence and helps him just to prove Lorry's is a small fish in the pond.

The second half has Kamath looking out for Michael Barbosa.The second half is where the Movie falters from being a good one to just finishing Above Average.The pace just dips a tad due to unnecessary addition of some shall i say...Foolish scenes.It all boils down to finding out the Saviour of Mafia's >Micheal Barbosa in the end and the outcome is not convincing after building up intensity which just dosen't Blow-Off.

The background score of the movie is set according to the feel of GOA which is catchy.

Abhishek Bachchan in top form(after a long time) playing ACP Vishnu Kamath and plays the character with utmost ease which only he can do.Aditya Pancholi as Lorsa is the perfect Baddie.Pratiek,Bipasha and Rana do fairly decent job,but Abhishek Bachchan Steals the Show in this one.

Watch DMD for 3 reasons: 1.A good flick after a long time 2.Entertaining COP-Mafia Thriller. 3.Abhishek Bachchan(who's in TOP Form..).

Prison break a story about a brother saving another brother's life who's in prison for a crime he's not committed.Micheal Scoffield (Wentworth Miller) is a structural engineer who risks everything to Get his brother Lincoln burrows out of Fox River State Penitentiary.He plans and he executes it with astute perfection.

Well,Moving out of Fox River was just the beginning as the tagline for season 2 suggests.Season 2 has Special Agent Alex Mahone who has to nab Micheal and Lincoln burrows and things get better in Season-2,with Micheal being chased by Mahone.Must mention the Face-Off between Micheal and Mahone makes for one of the best scenes of the series.

William Fichtner as Alex Mahone delivers a superb performance second only to Wentworth Miller.Wentworth miller as Micheal Scoffield steals the show completely in short he rules specially with the brain dynamics to get out any situation,pulls of the complex character of a structural engineer who becomes a prisoner with ultimate perfection.

From Season 1 to 4 prison break is a craft work with each block in the building being in the place where it should be. Thank you Paul Scheuring for giving the audiences Prison break. With a 9/10 rating from my side,perfect background score Prison Break is something not to be missed.Thank you Fox.

Had loads of expectations from "The New Moon" but was disappointed.There are numerous reasons to dislike "The New Moon" . 1.Direction 2.Music. 3.Run-time. The run-time for the new moon should have been much more.You cannot be expecting a story in a novel being explained in a short run-time.The editing of the movie was just not upto the mark.Most of the scenes were left unexplained e.g.Jacob's transformation into a werewolf.The movie seemed to be moving hurrying towards the latter half which was again not acceptable. The effort should have been to portray the nuisances of the character in a much finer way than what twilight had done rather than hurrying through the motions just to create a sequel to earn quick bucks.The background score in the first movie was much better than this one.It was actually one of the reasons for which i liked Twilight. The direction lacked the conviction which was there in the first part "Twilight" it seemed the director merely wanted to make a really entertaining movie on a plot which is complicated,difficult to handle and therein lies the problem with "The New moon".It could easily have been one of the best movies of 2009 if given the right treatment was meted out with a bit more screen space to the "Volturi" which was primarily one of the entertaining things in the movie. Summit entertainment needs to get its vision for "Eclipse(Post production)" and "Breaking Dawn" right it needs to be clear on whether to provide classic adaptations or just churn out run of the mill adaptations and waste plots for classics such as the "Twilight" series.I wont be wrong if I say "Rob.Pattison" is one of the reasons for the success of this Series.And they cant be expecting him to carry bulk of the load on his and Kristen stewart's Shoulder's. And there are some reasons You might just like "The New Moon". 1.Rob and Kristen. 2.Volturi. 3.Cullen family. 4.Special Effects. Though kristen stewart looks out of sorts at times with the same expression again and again(as most people complain about her expression)she does a commendable job.Robert Pattison one of the saving graces of the movie does a really good job with the kind of screen space he's given.The "Volturi" and the "Cullen Family" require a special mention as they didn't go overboard in any of the scenes in the movie from what i remember.The Special Effects in the movie was much better than the first one which was expected by the fans of this series. All in all "The New Moon" was entertaining but in parts,it could have been a classic but sadly the justification to the script and adaptations of the character was not done. Go watch "The New Moon" with least expectations of being entertained(as it promises in the promos) and hope the production house gets its right for the other two parts with regards to the the Direction,Run-time and Music. A Chapter not conveyed properly.

This is one of the thrillers that one would like to go out for . Stay a story about a Painter who is having a near death experience and the kind of things he experiences before dying. The visuals in this movie are stimulating and the camera-work is done excellently done.Ewan

as a psychiatrist does a wonderful job to keep u interested. Ryan gosling as the painter plays the role of a troubled teenager to perfection.Noami Watts as Mcgregors girlfriend does a good job in more of a supporting role. Just watch Stay if u want to watch a decent psychological thriller with good camera work. I would give this movie a 8/10 and say go for it.

Awake a story about clay a boy who is going through a heart transplant and how the truth unfolds through the course of it.The movie should be rated really highly as we don't get medical thrillers often.The starting 20 minutes of the movie is really the back drop as to what is going to happen and as you watch the movie you will be shocked,surprised by the turn of events on the surgery table.Clay comes to know that he is going to be killed on the table. He has a out of body experience which lets him find out why is he going to be killed during the surgery.The movie deceives you completely as you see the story unfold in a way that will leave you surprised in many ways.

Hayden christen does a very good job as clay.Jessica alba perfectly fits the bill for the role of clays wife and acts as the surprise packet in the movie .The direction,editing and the cinematography of the movie is really good as the director does not waste a single minute in creating the suspense and maintaining the momentum throughout the movie.

Watch awake if you want to be deceived by what you are going to see.You will throughly enjoy it if you like thrillers.

Well this was one of the most awaited movies for people who like different kind of cinema.Dev d a story about modern Devdas is a good adaption from the previous versions.The movie setup up in north of India brings up something new and unique as a build up to the character.The story is how a boy destroys his life for his childhood love.

The darkness of the movie can be seen after he loses the girl and takes a road to utter disdain and destruction of his life.Dev meets Chanda a prostitute who also falls for his charm.Her story is completely different and well put up.The performance by all the actors is laudable and up to the mark.The camera-work and and direction is excellent and audiences will notice that after they watch the movie.The director makes a very good attempt to create a more dark ambiance once the Dev loses his love.

The background score of the movie is good considering the dark ambiance.Drinks,smoke,drugs you will see all this in abundance as it leads to destruction of his life.

This is not a movie for people who cant take dark films as it just leaves u a bit sapped after you watch it.

Go for Dev D if you want something different from commercial cinema.I would rate the movie a 8/10 and say go for it.

All i want to say is the mystery continues wont disappoint but it could have been better.The story is about Nandita who experiences supernatural experiences but doesn't know why its happening to her.A painter experiences visions about her which are a sign that nandita is in danger.He has a gift in which he can see peoples future. When he sees Nandita in a mall he tells her about his paintings and his visions but she doesn't believe him until he saves her from danger. Nandita wants to know the truth why the experiences are happening to her.Asking prithvi for her help she goes on a trip to know the mystery about the things happening to her. Must mention the song maahi which is a chart buster and u know it when you r in single screens.The special effects have been well worked on in this movie and can say by far the best try to make things happening in the flick.The background music of the movie is good.

Now the performances in the movie by Emraan and Kangana are really good. adhayan suman is unconvincing and needs to improve.

The movie could have been much better without songs between kangana and adhayan suman.Emraan character could have been well worked on as the character was strong but could have been developed and made much interesting ,the story writer could have added a lot more punches for this character as he has very little to do in front of kangana.But considering his performance emraan rakes up some good points in whatever he has to do.

The climax of the movie could have been better as after working so hard on the movie it does not justify the story it could have been much better and in a more polished way.

I would rate the movie as 7/10 and applause the director for trying really hard and getting us close to a horror film which justifies the story but falters in the end which is not convincing.

All I want to say is critic's bashed this movie and said this was a average flick, but don't go by critics and just enjoy this movie which is set up in a really nice pace.

It traces the story of "Lucky" a boy from who his teenage learns to become a master in stealing.Abhay does a damn good job as "Lucky" and kudos to "Paresh" who brings a new sense of freshness to every characters he plays. The voice modulation in each of the characters is great by paresh.The story is damn good right from the scripting to editing.Every character in this one are the kind of people we see in day to day life like "Lucky" who thinks or must say does what he likes doing best. If u want to watch a good movie without our so called stars, Just watch this flick.It will be etched in your mind for sometime. Must rate it 9/10 and kudos to the director for making such a movie which has a really fresh feel.I am more for this kind of stuff .Enjoy "LUCKY"...
