The filming location for the debriefing center, where Detective Kading brought Chief Bratton up to speed on the task force's investigation, was the Los Angeles Times Building, is actually right across the street from the new Police Administrative Building, or LAPD Headquarters. The old Headquarters was the Parker Center, which was named after Chief Parker, who led the department in the early part of the twentieth century.
