In the distant star group of Reticulum, Federal Agent 8, Thaddeus Touch, is dealt a blow with the murder of his beloved wife, and children. Touch, determined to track down the killers, chases the criminals to Earth, after a series of deadly gun battles on Reticulum.
What follows is a intriguing game of pursuit. The criminals led by Dr. Elsa Lund, are determined to complete their mission, and kill Touch, before he can arrest them.
While the alien Federal Agent searches for Lund, and her team in New York, the Earth authorities, notably NSA Agent, David Hansen, are desperately trying to capture the alien Touch.
