Storyline
Did you know
- TriviaGravity Falls is heavily inspired by Twin Peaks, and Alex Hirch actually wanted David Lynch to do the voice for Bill Cipher. This did not pan out, but he was able to have one Twin Peaks alumnus on the show, Kyle MacLachlan (Agent Cooper). He voices the bus driver.
- GoofsFord asks if anyone has a pen or pencil to make the Bill Cipher Wheel, but he has a pen in his pocket.
- Quotes
Dipper Pines: [final lines] If you've ever taken a road trip through the pacific northwest, you've probably seen a bumper sticker for a place called "Gravity Falls". It's not on any maps, and most people have never heard of it, some people think it's a myth. But if you're curious, don't wait. Take a trip. Find it. It's out there somewhere in the woods. Waiting.
- Crazy creditsAfter the closing credits of this episode a picture of bill cipher in a graveyard is shown.
- Alternate versionsAfter all the sexual misconduct allegations against Louis C.K. were revealed, creator Alex Hirsch dubbed over C.K.'s lines as the Horrifyingly Sweaty One-Armed Monster.

When a show begins no one knows how it will end. We get engaged, grow to love the characters, and get excited at the announcement of a new episode. Although it's sad Gravity Falls performed a rare feat with an ENDING. So many shows just ride the tide of fans until they crash and burn on the rocks when they run out of ideas. For a show to end before it's time with so much potential wrapped up within it will keep it a lovely memory for years to come and definitely worth re-watching. With so many mysteries and almost all of them solved Gravity Falls ended with a feat nearly unmatched with both an action packed and heartbreaking finale. Some people will complain as many do but no matter what you cannot skip this episode when re-watching the series, even if you could I can't imagine wanting it.
No one could have predicted how beautiful, suspenseful, funny, and just endearing the series would be when we heard the first lines of dialogue, yet the lines are memorable, the characters funny, and the mystery still holding attention despite being solved. With each passing episode we learned more and more about the characters and how they interacted with one another and the mystery slowly built and ended with surprising and suspenseful episodes that bordered on scary and sadistic at times. The show was less concerned with being "hip and with it" and instead became its own thing that appealed to anyone of any age. What more can I express? If you haven't seen the series and are considering it just go ahead and do it? But remember that in gravity falls there is no one you can trust, not even your doubts.
Goodbye Gravity Falls.
