Evil Cuckold 5

I'm a long-time Sean Michaels fan (his videos with Sarah Young in the early '90s are my favorites of all-time), but he's stepped over the line with this series of goof-ball porn features. Distributor John Stagliano (of Evil Angel, the "evil" in the series' title) should put a warning label on these.

Problem stems from the need to be different -since the soft porn of the '60s promoting entertainment that is out of the norm is the key to marketing, perhaps typified by porn/gore pioneer Herschell Gordon Lewis's movie SOMETHING WEIRD, which gave rise to the moniker for the influential '90s video company. Since sex films ultimately seem to be all alike, a commodity rather than brand product, the impulse is to stray from convention.

That's what Sean has done, and the result is not really erotic but off-putting. In 3 of the four overlong segments of this 3-hour video about our Black auteur injecting his big dick into a marriage (only white couples need apply, it would seem), Michaels inserts the hapless cuckold husband into the action. To fill this role he has recruited some apparently professional masochists who look like refugees from some Phil Prince 1980s rough sex kink-fest.

Only one segment is immune from this goof-ball invasion, and the only reason I could sit through (or at least pretend to, violating my "no fast-forwarding" rule, given the 3-hour-plus duration of this junker) EVIL CUCKOLD 5. Brick-sh*t-house built Shay Fox humps Sean in her exercise outfit in a very arousing bout, and the cuckolded hubby is merely represented (via the magic of cinema/video) by voice-over and a first-person hand-held camera view of the proceedings. I like to think that Sean's cameraman "Luc Von B" is actually the Buttman himself, John Stagliano, but have zero evidence to prove this, just the inference from the familiar butt-centric camera angles Luc likes to employ. That reminds me, now with BATMAN and BIRDMAN under his belt, can BUTTMAN be a future Michael Keaton project?

The masochists in the other 3 segments are pitiful specimens. Take your pick for nausea, perhaps it's aptly-named Slut Bottom Chris, who has inserted and then for your listening pleasure removes in all its glory a flexible rubber dildo from his posterior, (it appears to be a foot and a half long), just as Phil Prince masochists did over 30 years ago. Even the actress playing his wife looks genuinely shocked at this.

Or it might be the other two creeps, one of whom imprisons his little dick in an elaborate contraption suggesting a male version of a chastity belt, but apparently (per the BTS interviews short subject included in the DVD) designed to prevent a man from becoming aroused and perhaps enjoying conventional pleasure, when that would be some sort of violation of the masochist's creed. As they used to say about pretentious movies, Sean, if you want to send a message try Western Union.
