Prince is caught by the Crime branch officer, on charges of duping an eminent citizen and his daughter. Prince is taken to court wherein his childhood friend turned lawyer, Jaidev is defending Pawan against the firebrand Public Prosecutor.
The case against Prince is built up in the courtroom. Every argument put out by Ritu is countered by Jaidev with strong Evidence. Just when the case is swinging in Prince's favor, a new twist arises, as 3 new witnesses from Ahmedabad.
A new con is revealed when the 3 witnesses allege that they have been conned by Kirtan, an alibi of Pawan, posing as a fitness trainer. Things get bad for Prince, as Ritu demands something that will nail him, a polygraph test.
During the Polygraph Test, Prince is able to dodge the questions but stumbles when Harpreet alleges that he was conned by Manjeet, an alibi of Pawan as a Celebrity Wedding planner. The polygraph test turns in favor of Ritu and Shaurya.
The trial continues with Pawan yet to be proven guilty. This leads Pathania, Ritu, and Shaurya to plan a fake wedding to trap Pawan. But their plan fails when the Judge gives Pawan bail. Is Prince really innocent or guilty?
Out of jail, Prince Plans a series of new cons and 1 of his prospective victims includes Shaurya's father. He tries to persuade Ritu to join his side. But things get rough for Prince, as Shaurya begins to see through Prince's ploy.
Bitten by failure, Shaurya and Ritu decide to track Pawan Kumar's aka Prince's past life. To everyone's surprise, Jaidev is absent from the court, dropping the case. However, Ritu reveals a secret about Pawan's past life, exposing him.
Ritu reveals the real motive for every con that Prince has done and seeks rigorous punishment for him. Just when hope seems lost, Prince has a savior who helps turn the tables in his favor leaving Shaurya and Ritu frustrated.
Prince presents proof of illegality against Pathania. He reveals the reason for Pathania's interest to see him arrested. Prince agrees to accept the charges, in return for Pathania's arrest. Is Prince's new attitude another con?
