Draw the Line

I watched "Draw the Line" because I was curious to learn more about the China's judicial system. I like legal/courtroom dramas, especially when they use cases from real events. However, I found this one quite boring. Some cases in this drama are boring. I am used to the western legal system and didn't know that China legal system places a lot of emphasis on mediation.

I couldn't finish watching the whole drama. I didn't particularly like the acting of Cheng Yi; he didn't look like a judge at all and mumbled when he spoke. His performance was significantly inferior compared to the veterans such as Jin Dong and Wang Jinsong.
