Bwatele is at a standstill as their governor is kidnapped by a mysterious group demanding four billion shillings from the government, to be paid in three hours, or they will kill the Governor.
Malik tries infiltrating sector four but is met with that locals and law enforcement resistance. A familiar face is revealed as being behind the Governors kidnapping.
As riots continue, the deputy Governor gets word that one of their cabinet members is part of the kidnapping plot. Malik is determined to rescue Debrah from the hive.
The Governor's office pay the full ransom to the Hive but the exchange goes horribly wrong. The Governor's office is sure there is a mole amongst them and an arrest is made.
After spotting Malik, Elijah warns Okusimba of Malik's pending arrival. As the Hive crew fall off one by one. They realize the food they at the party was poisoned.
The four billion shillings is blown up and the fire leads the authorities to the HIVE hideout. Governor Nerimah is back in office, determined to find out who helped Okusimba.
With his family held hostage, Malik is given an ultimatum. Kill the Governor or his family dies. Malik reaches the Governor and pleads for an audience with her.
Security forces intercept Okusimba at the airport. A stand off ensues and Malik says goodbye to his wife and son as he attempts to save thousands of lives.
